Con Huevos is a nice restaurant with really good workers. The food is so good and hot with amazing flavors. The Chilaquiles con Pollo and pancakes are a must-try. However, some dishes like the veggie omelet and Mama Gallina Skillet fell short in terms of taste and texture. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and it's worth giving the restaurant another shot. The huevos rancheros with red and green salsa and El Macho pancakes are highly recommended items to try.
