At this Dunkin', if you have to use the restroom, forget it. It's safer and more sanitary to do it outside and wipe your hands on your clothing afterwards. In the men's room, the urinal is corked up with toilet paper and ready to overflow with yellow liquid. The toilet is covered in black specks of who knows what and reeks horribly. The sink is dirty and covered in chewed tobacco spit and hair trimmings from someone shaving. The floors are not clean at all.
I am certain the multiple employees are doing the best they can when they are aware of the situation, but on my most recent visit it was a real nightmare. Like walking into a cheap bar's toilet after happy hour.
In general, the menu is a mess. Everything is vastly overpriced and under portioned.
I remember the good old days when a Dunkin donut was 4.5 in wide and tasted fresh with a hearty flavor for 99¢ each. Ever since they expanded globally with a Dunkin every Mile on every major road, the Dunkin' donuts have shrunk to about 3.5 in and they are typically stale and mostly flavorless for $1.50-$2.50 each.
Not being a coffee drinker, the entire focus on coffee has made everything else on their menu sad and pathetic.
Those comments have nothing to do with the employees of this location or the employees in general. It's a corporate decision to reduce the expenses by shrinking the product and doubling the price.

I had ordered a frozen coffee with ONLY almond milk and caramel and I knew right away it was wrong because of the color so I asked before I left if it was with almond milk and not regular cream. I'm severely lactose intolerant, I tried it and nope no almond milk.
Went into Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbin and asked for a cappuccino blast got my order taken then was told they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have the ingredients…
