I placed an order today through Grubhub from this Hoots and the order was wrong. When I tried calling the store a girl put me on hold and left me on hold until a recording came on. I tried calling 8 times regarding my order and that same girl kept putting me on hold and leaving me on hold, so I never got to speak to anyone. I even told the girl to please not put me on hold but she did anway. I paid $36 for an order that was incorrect. I would like my money back and to speak...read full review
