This place has very bad management I got seated for 2 and when I sat down we waited for 15 minutes and two more families had gotten sat down and got there order taken and even got their food we waited 45 minutes and got nothing we ended up walking out it’s was just horrible

Oh my! The service was great from our waiter but the food not so great. They wanted to seat us in a both that was torn up. I asked for a different seat. I then noticed some of the other booths were torn. The floor was dirty as well as our table. I had to aske that they clean it.

Valerie H got upset at the tip I left and made a scene as I was leaving. Ask to I want the tip back and I said no you can keep it and she insisted on giving it back to me raising her voice saying that it was a rude tip. I replied saying we wait to be seated for 10min and it was only one customer inside the store and I seen her talking while we waited. either take the tip or politely return it.

The staff is mad rude. They had an empty restaurant @7 and nobody in the front to attend a guest. Two employees walked by and just looked at me after I said hello. The what looked like to be a manager was eating breakfast at the front just staring at me. 10 minutes later and older rude lady comes out and yells” can I help you”.Then when I told them I was there for an order, they tell me they had given it to an Uber driver!!! The lady couldn’t even tell me why they couldn’t remake it just saying “it’s gone.” I even showed her my phone and it looked like she had to take 10 mins to read it because of her low comprehension levels. Any person with good customer service would have said would you mind waiting while we fix the issue…but of course not cause their service is as terrible as their food. WORST IHOP EVER. oh and to top of it off, they had a huge rat enjoying breakfast at the back of the building. Disgusting just like their attitude.
