Place never seems to be open, Especially on sundays when you think it would make the most sense to be open for business. Haven’t gone in for a few months but last time I was there the food was of subpar quality. The pizza slices always look like they’ve been left on the warmer all day and certainly tastes like it too. The specials aren’t anything to write home about either. I went in once they had the buger and fries for $5 which was pretty good but waited like 30 minutes so definitely should’ve ordered ahead. Can’t say much for the rest of the food they serve there but it’s way too expensive for the quality of the food I had that’s coming out.

Today I went in to this so called fast food restaurant because I researched top fast food places near my location & this place popped up with 4.8☆'s on Google... I ordered a breakfast special they have posted on the front desk for 2 eggs(your choice) which include hashbrowns & toast for $3.56. I thought it was a great deal, the guy behind the counter came to the front because he thought that price was too cheap, none the less he said we'll honor it. Then 3 minutes later a lady(cook) & him return to the front desk & she tells me the $3.56 price is only for the 2 eggs & don't include anything additional, that anything else would cost more(even though they advertised it in the sign as hashbrowns/toast included). I didn't make a fuss about even though I could have if I was an assh*le. Anyways, I accepted to pay $8.99 for the order which includes hashbrowns, toast & sausage. I waited sitting down patiently, 15mnts go by, then 2 other guys walked in, each placed their order & sat down to wait like I did. 25 mnts go by & I noticed the guy in the front desk hands 2 orders of BLT sandwiches with fried fries to the other 2 guys, they pay & leave! Now, I'm confused. I looked behind the counter & noticed the lady(cook) crack 2 eggs into a blender cup & goes back to the flat stove to throw on some hashbrowns & sausages! Now, I'm pissed! Finally 30 mnts later they hand me my order, I pay then I tell the guy in the counter: "I don't appreciate your cook making these 2 other guys order before mine", the guy replies "Sir, your order takes longey to make". I told him "no it does not". "It only takes longer when your cook begins to cook my order after she has completed the other 2 guys, I saw her begin cooking my order after she finished theirs"! The guy replies " well she's the boss, tell her", I told him "I'm telling you as the person taking orders", he replies "well if you don't like it, you don't have to come back"... I told him " it's ok, nevermind I won't come back" & I walked out. It's neighborhood places like these which lack common sense of customer service that cry later when they ask themselves "why did my business fail"? ... NEVER AGAIN! It's clear this lady doesn't know how to multi task or cook. It don't take 35mnts for 2 (burnt) scramble eggs, 4 burnt sausages, hashbrowns & toast! Whoever the guy behind the counter is, should be fired! A simple professional apology would suffice for me as I would have accepted the truth, which is that she either can't multi task or forget to initiate my order in a timely manner.
PS, before I order, the guy was pushing some pizza slices(god knows how long they've been sitting in the warmer) as well as a burger special for lunch?.
