McDonald's is a restaurant that serves breakfast until 10am, despite the common misconception. The staff at this location are courteous and willing to accommodate customers, even when they're outside of regular breakfast hours. For example, a customer was surprised and delighted when they were able to order a McGriddle meal at 10:40am. The employees also offer excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. However, the restaurant can be understaffed at times, leading to long wait times for orders. Additionally, the ice cream machine is often out of order, and parking can be limited due to the busy drive-thru. Despite these issues, McDonald's aims to provide a positive dining experience for its customers.
