I don't know why Sonics corporate allowed a car wash to open right next to them. It's noisy as can be and you can't sit outside because it's noisy as can be! We haven't gone to this one in a long time because the service is really bad. They take way too long and I do this through my app so I can get my coupons and my deals and points etc. and the food is almost always cold or mixed up. That is, they get our order wrong every time we go there unless we're getting 1099 corn dogs....read full review
I had a great experience today. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared just right. The young lady working the counter provided outstanding customer service and was friendly, welcoming, and made the visit even more enjoyable.
This visit was a noticeable improvement compared to some of my previous experiences, where the service wasn't as enthusiastic and the fries or tots weren't always at their best. Today, everything was exactly how it should be, and I left very satisfied....read full review
