“I visit twice in 2 weeks. I have been coming here for many years. Scatchell's your beef sandwich never disappoint me. What really puts them over the top is your homemade hot peppers. But I would like to suggest that your food handlers use plastic gloves. I observed one of your workers rub his nose and then made a sandwich (it wasn't mine) 😓“

“This place is absolutely AMAZING.
First off, the service alone deserves 5 stars. I came in with my daughter who is a VERY picky eater, and they went above and beyond to make sure she had something she actually enjoyed. That level of care and accommodation is rare, and it meant a lot.
Also — I have to say — this place was SO clean you could literally eat off the floors. Everything was spotless, which made the whole experience even better.
Now let’s talk about the food…
I had the Big Back Burger — and I’m telling you right now, just order it. Don’t overthink it. It was THAT good.
The Philly cheesesteak… OMG. Seriously one of the best I’ve had. It was juicy and seasoned perfectly!
The jerk chicken egg rolls? LISTEN… SO. GOOD. I’m still thinking about them.
Loaded fries were perfectly crispy (not soggy at all 👏, and the shrimp and grits… IFKYK.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell this place takes pride in both their food and their customer experience.

“I've been coming to Henry's for over 30 years. The food is always great, pricing reasonable, and I love passing on my love of Henry's to my kids. We were there today and noticed some upgrades in aesthetics, with fresh paint and new decor. Highly recommend!“

“Today I had a long day at work and when I tell you, Felicia has the best customer service the best customer service respect was definitely given in the drive-through helped me with the menu and answer. All of my questions even told me to take my time and it’s so hard to find good customer service in 2026 because nobody cares but this lady she has great customer service skills!“

“I had the namesake breakfast. My steak was cooked right and we'll seasoned. The potatoes, eggs and toast were also good. The server was also very attentive. The only things I didn't like were that they didn't have Cholula sauce, there was a $.50 upcharge for raisin toast (which they didn't tell me about) and they put ice in my orange juice.“

“Well I like Lucky Dogs but this location on Roosevelt has the worst customer service. A least 5 times, where they get my order wrong even after repeating my order clearly. Sometimes, I’ve had to ask them to repeat the order back to me just to make sure they had it right. Some of their drive thru employees don’t listen well, nor understand good clear English. Some don’t speak good English. Once I ordered a taco dinner & the beans were spoiled. After a long day at work & getting home realizing the beans were bad, I was too tired to deal with it. They have gotten my beef sandwiches wrong, it happened again today. I wish they would open the one on 16th street again (rarely had any issues other than with newer employees), and the one in Broadview is decent (I’veh never had a problem with them other than their sign having pizza on it but they don’t sell pizza, lol!) my stars are for the food, it is usually all around good.“
