I have no problem with the food, I love the food, what I didn't like was the waitress service, I placed a takeout order, I ordered a pound of carne asada for tacos, and when I got there, I had a carne asada, and they I told the Waitress LETICIA, this is not my order, I ordered a pound of roast beef for tacos, and she said no, you ordered this, and I told her no, that I wanted my order and she told me that I had to pay for what I ordered and I told her how I'm going to pay you for something I didn't order, the arrogant and rude waitress, I told her then you can't give me the Pound of roast beef and she says no. So they didn't sell me anything, because the waitress LETICIA wanted me to pay for something that I didn't order. I was very upset because of her Mecerá attitude. I think that Mecerá LETICIA has to have good customer service and not get in trouble with the Customers, I'm really disappointed in the place, I don't know if I'll come back here.

I love delicious food! But the service especially today 10/22 at 7:30pm I called to place an order for pickup, the waitress told me to wait, I was on the line for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, the lady hung up on me and tried to return the call. I called 6 times and they didn't answer me. I entered the restaurant and said to her, “There, young lady, you forgot about me and then I got the call, and your response was no, I answered and there was no one on the line.” I was filled with anger when I saw how she was lying since I was attentive to the fact that They will answer me to place the order. After telling him this he told me well, I don't remember, and if you have a problem, call the owner so she can see that more staff is needed, I'm busy and I'm only one. I understand that she is busy but lying to my face and then calling the owner giving her a story completely at her convenience is not fair. Nobody deserves to be lied to or an apology.

I order tacos for my workers one order short but paid for it I will never go back
