“I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. Don't do things to people that you don't want done to you!!!!! FYI...the name on the ticket was: Shelia G“

“Picked up a veggie pizza during a promotion of the brand and it was absolutely delicious. Kay 89 year old still talks about it and asks of we can get more!“

“The team at this Just Salad is wonderful, always kind, hardworking, and the food is great.

That said, the lunch rush (especially 11:30–1) has become really tough. Today my 11:18 AM pickup order wasn’t ready until 1:15 PM because the ticket got lost in the shuffle — it only got made thanks to the cashier repeatedly flagging it to her manager. Several other customers were in the same situation with missing or delayed online orders, while the line stretched 25 people deep.

I’m sharing this in hopes corporate can help limit or better manage online order volume during peak hours, or add more staff support. The in-store crew is doing their best — they just need backup.“

“Fantastic eclectic tavern style pizzas, along with Italian beef, burgers, gyros, etc. Order pizza by the slice with a drink, which was something we saw a lot of when we visited during a quiet Monday lunch hour. Walking distance from Lincoln Park Zoo, and a great, family-friendly spot.“

“Good salads and smoothies, and now they have avocado toast. Tons of variety, order one of their salad concoctions or create your own. It is in my office building so it's convenient, the employees have been friendly (I usually go at less busy times). And they have an app you can use to pay and then get a credit when you spend a certain amount. This is a nice option to have for lunch or dinner.“

“We just had our first order from this new establishment. Everything was just how we like our wings. Also a shout out to the boxing of the wings and tater tops. Cardboard with venting to prevent steaming. They were still hot enuf to drive home and eat. We have a new wing staff. The staff was very helpful too. With smiles“

“The new Just Salad in Streeterville is a must-visit! The space is bright, welcoming, and the menu has so many fresh and flavorful options it’s the perfect spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or a healthy dinner.

A huge shoutout to Thelma and Elizabeth — they made my experience outstanding. Their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail turned a great meal into an exceptional one. You can tell they genuinely care about every customer who walks in. Streeterville needed this spot, and I’ve been there almost every other day for the past 2 weeks!“

“This is a one of a kind "fast food" restaurant. I like to think of it as the Chipotle of Indian food. I had the chicken tikka wrap. They have standard Indian curry dishes, both meat and vegetarian curries, and they wrap them up in a pita-like bread. It's like an Indian burrito. Everything is a la carte, but if you get the house made chips (I think they're plantain chips, but I'm not sure), they give you this awesome sweet and spicy ketchup dipping sauce. If you love Indian food but don't have the time or money for a full service Indian restaurant, definitely try this place out!“

“It’s about time Chicago gets solid West African cuisine. Dozzy didn’t disappoint. Had the Designer Jollof Rice Bowl and it was delicious. I combined it with a couple orders of the shrimp suya sticks which put it over the top. Now, I loved the jollof, but that’s to be expected. What wasn’t expected was the shrimp. I can honestly say it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The herbs were perfect and it was grilled just the way I like it. I’ve known Dozzy for a long time and I’m so happy he’s sharing his gift to the world. Y’all get some.“

“Can't say enough great things about my visit here! I stopped in with some friends for the first time this past Saturday. We sat at the bar and our bartender, Bridget, was fantastic.

Even though it was super busy, Bridget made sure to greet us and take care of our orders quickly. She was super personable and deliberately made time to engage with us in between taking care of other customers. She knew the menu inside and out and made great food and drink recommendations to us, and overall ensured we had a great experience from start to finish.

This is definitely our new, go-to neighborhood spot, and we will be coming back on the regular. The staff, music, vibes, and menu impressed us beyond expectation.“

“I dined in very clean and soft music playing. I enjoyed my ice tea and chicken Tikka wrap. I will be going back on another Friday soon. I also ordered a to go bowl chicken Tikka with rice, cabbage mixed with onions and different sauces. 122 N Wells street, they have two more locations plese goggle and Go enjoy soon.“

Three times now, however, one of the ingredients is not being THOROUGHLY washed. I bite down on what feels like sand grinding between my teeth -- not good. It feels like dirty lettuce. PLEASE wash the ingredients thoroughly!“

“Very clean and enjoyable music with appealing atmosphere. I ordered the sliced chicken Au jus sandwich my wife had the patty melt both with the kettle house chips which both were excellent and like to do a shout out for Alex she was are server and very pleasant and knowledgeable about the establishment which helped because was our first time. Will definitely be back.“
