“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“Darn good food. Got chorizo burrito, my favorite, and was delicious. I was full after eating half - I know what kinda man eats half a burrito but I was full and honest in my feelings so accept me for who I am. Service was great. Woman that took my order was nice, polite and helpful. All you need honestly. Restaurants dont need to be fancy if you have good food and food service. In this case both were great. Look it up and swing buy.“

“My friends and I come every Friday and it’s always the highlight of my week. The food is incredible here! Best Buffalo sauce in the area for sure. Seasonal drinks are delicious and the bartenders are the nicest. Great prices, great service, great food and drinks! I’m not really the biggest pool player but I come here for the vibes, food and service.

“Our order was a side of Mac and cheese, wings 12 pcs hot/spicy smoke BBQ, combo of 6pcs wings, drink and fries, combo1 which was a chicken sandwich fries and drink all totaling $56.67. Price was okay for the food but upon receiving Mac and cheese was 1/2 cup of cheese with noodles for $4. Drinks were all equivalent to a small coke at McDonald’s. Chicken was good, fries a bit dry but I do understand that’s it’s a dry rub? If ordering for kids they should state that wings seasoning is a bit spicy none of my kids could eat their wings. They did not include silverware or napkins which was odd. They did though give us 2 sides of their signature sauce.“

“On, October 20, 2024 my family went here because we wanted pizza so this is what popped up, so we went to try it. The pizza is absolutely delicious it’s the best pizza my family ever had and even though we weren’t able to find more seats like it shows on the photos, it’s still worth it and also our total was $ 40 it was worth it crust was perfect and so was the dough, and this server named Adrian was so kind he made our day because my family is Polish and I’m the only one that is Polish and American and he knew how hard it’s for my family to speak English, So I really appreciate Adrian.“

“We ordered the classic wings. It comes with fries and a slice of bread. The chicken wings were crispy and very good. We had lemon pepper sprinkled on it. We got the honey bbq and crispy’s homemade sauce. Both were good. We would go back there. You can eat inside but we saw mostly carry outs. They cook your order fresh, so it takes about 15 minutes, but you can call your order in for pickup. I looked up best wings near me and this place had 4 stars! I totally agree. Better ratings than the obvious places.“
