“I went to this KFC on 8/18/2026 at around 740pm. When I arrived i saw there were quite a few of us waiting, including delivery drivers. I was on the way home from Dekalb, so I was hoping to get my food fast from a mobile order. I observed that there were only 2 individuals doing the orders. (1 counter, 1 drive thru) You can sense the frustration from everyone waiting. Possibly the manager (African American Male) came to the front and offered apologies for the delay. He offered everyone complimentary drinks for the long wait. (Even if our meals came with drinks) This turned the atmosphere around. They busted their butts to push everyones orders out. Normally people only leave bad reviews, but i felt the staff on this day needed their props. Please get the staff some help and please recognize their work ethic when they are short staffed. I will definitely be coming back here to support.“

However, the wait time can sometimes be a bit long, and occasionally the wings aren’t as crispy as I’d like. Overall it's still a decent spot for wings, but consistency could be better.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . “I've visited this location several times over the past few years, and my experiences have generally been positive. One recurring issue has been the long wait times during busy hours, with waits sometimes stretching close to two hours before being seated. Even so, we kept coming back because it's conveniently located near our home, and we always enjoyed the variety of food on the menu.

When we visited again yesterday afternoon, we were happy to see there wasn't a wait, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything seemed to be going well, and the service was friendly as usual. Unfortunately, after getting home, I started feeling sick, and by today my stomach has been bothering me constantly. Based on how quickly the symptoms appeared, I believe I may have gotten food poisoning from something I ate during the visit. I can't say for certain which menu item caused the problem, but I know I felt perfectly fine beforehand.

This experience was really disappointing because we've supported this restaurant for a long time. The meal itself tasted normal, so the illness came as a complete surprise. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not something that happens regularly. I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but getting sick after eating is difficult to overlook. The location has always been convenient, and we've had many enjoyable meals here in the past. The atmosphere has generally been pleasant, and the staff has usually treated us well. That's what makes this experience even more unfortunate. At this point, we've decided that we won't be returning. I truly hope the restaurant reviews its food safety practices so that other customers don't have a similar experience.“

“This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut, and overall it was a pretty solid experience. The pizza came out hot and fresh, and the flavor was definitely there. The crust was cooked well and had a nice texture. The only downside was that the wait time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that, everything was good, and I’d be open to ordering again.“
