I pull up and notify them I had a mobile order and a woman responded that they got my order 16 seconds ago and so it obviously wasn’t ready. All I said was I had an order. A gentleman then popped in and asked me nicely to park and I could come inside. It just felt unnecessary to be spoken to that way. I didn’t wait long for my food and got it fast and correctly which I appreciate. I know everyone has a bad day but it’s not right to take it out on customers.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“
