“I had order #300956504 - originally I tried to cancel this order through the app as there was a 30 minute delay, I was told the order could no longer be canceled. I received the food and was later given the refund. I want to leave this review as I don't want this to fall on the store. They did fulfill my order and the cashier was very apologetic and trying hard to get all the orders they had fulfilled.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“
