Harold's Chicken #95 offers amazing food and great service. Meals are always fresh and hot, and the overall experience is consistently great. This is the place for chicken. Customers have been pleasantly surprised with the good customer service, friendly staff, and great tasting food. The food can take a while to prepare, but the wait is worth it. The staff is helpful and patient, walking first-time visitors through the menu and options. The food is amazing and always cooked to order. Great food is even better with amazing customer service. For those trying Harold's Chicken for the first time, the chicken itself tasted good and fresh, though the wait for the chicken is longer than normal and prices are on the pricier side due to not getting any sides when ordering a bucket of chicken. Some expected the flavor to be more tasty and do not see what the hype is about the chicken, saying it tasted good not great. Overall, the experience is worth returning for.
