Food tasted old. Fries were stale.
Ordered two 4pcs chicken strip box. And a 2 pcs kids meal. Was given one ranch sauce and one BBQ sauce. And was charged for extra sauce. When we asked about the extra charge we were told there was no manager on duty.
Not to mention the flies in the dining area… someone needs to learn how to clean. If the dining area is like this. It makes me wonder what the kitchen is like.

As a new manager, who in there right mind hs there 2 year old child crawling on the floor and making your staff step over him!!! The most unsanitary place to have your child behind the counter!! If you don't have a sitter...stay home! Never will I go there again!

As far as Dairy Queen locations in convenience stores go, this is one of the best I have encountered. Prices are pretty good compared to the alternatives.
Very pricey.
Worthless employee can't even follow order board in order. Waited approx 10 minutes for 2 cones and never received. Employee continued to work on other orders and totally skip mine.

Ever since the new owner took over, they've been hitting the "shrink-flation" button pretty hard. A 2.5% charge on credit card transactions, forgetting small things on orders all the time, jacking up prices and more! I no longer want to support this restaurant because of these reasons. Get with the program, people!

Do not support this DQ. They do not give a military discount, they do not use the app or give reward points for purchases, and they charge an additional 2.5% when using a credit card. Five employees behind the counter doing nothing.

Bathrooms were clean and the two young women working there this evening were polite despite us coming in 15 minutes before closing. Yes. We apologized for being "those guys." I'd suggest not cooking so many fries ahead of time. They were lukewarm at best. The burger and chicken strips were fresh so it's just off-putting that the fries weren't the same. Also, I'd recommend thinking about what they say out loud in their personal conversations. The red head in the blue sweater this evening was concerned that 2 of her nails broke off and she had yet to find them. Happy to report that they weren't in our food. But the kitchen looked clean and they were being productive in their closing tasks.
