Nice little place to grab a quick bite to eat. Place is small- only about 10 tables in the whole place. Kids meals are $11, but are a healthy size and come with a drink and vanilla ice cream. Food came out quick. I would come back again.

Started with the homemade cheese sticks. They had sundried tomatoes and spinach in an egg roll wrapper and were very good. Also has the coal city burger and it did not disappoint. Have been looking for a good burger and found it here.

The food is great, but a little expensive. It's also very difficult to get ahold of someone to place an order ahead of time, or even to figure out if the restaurant is actually open.

Hole in the wall restaurant that was amazing! We were on the way to Chicago and decided to stop. I googled best eats and we got there. Strange parking and tiny establishment that I’ll shout the praises. I got the spinach and blacken chicken salad. Amazing!!!! My fiancee got the fish tacos. Perfection! We ordered the cheese sticks to check it out. Savory and meal on their own! I was already 2/3 done with my salad and my partner had eaten a taco when I took the pics.

some of the best food I’ve had out in a very long time!! Everything was fresh and the ingredients used were definitely good quality. Service was great. We all had one of the burgers and it was delicious. Will definitely be returning here in the future. It is a little pricey but for the quality of the food it is worth it. I could go on and on but try it for yourself as you will not be disappointed.

Excellent food and atmosphere. We were there on a Friday night and it was very busy. Staff handled it so well!
Some food is better than others. The jalapeño mac and cheese and patty melt were disappointing. The California turkey wrap was good. I also like how they have some beers on tap, but the selection is very limited.My biggest issue is that they will nickle and dime you. They charge a 4% fee to use a credit card, and extra sauce charges are outrageous. So be careful here. Granted, there are few options in the area, but the hidden fees are the main reason I don't come here more often.

Is this restaurant out of business?? Every time we go, it's closed. Regardless of the time of day if the hours say it should be open.

Great food. Fast service. Very good prices. Three of us ordered all very different items and they still managed to bring everything out at the same time. Nothing was overcooked or undercooked. The drinks were perfect and tasty. I had beer battered Cod with veggies and jalapeño Mac & cheese. My friends had chicken vusuvio and a turkey sandwich. If I could change one thing is the jalapeño Mac. Although it was tasty, there were no actual jalapeños in there, just some heat. Overall a very good first time experience for me. I will be back soon.
