Had a 90th Birthday party catered about a week ago. The food was EXCELLENT!!! Everyone loved the food and asked where we got it. We picked the $9.99 per person package—very reasonably priced and plenty for everyone. We also ordered a birthday cake (marble cake with fresh strawberry filling & buttercream frosting) which was AMAZING!!! Lots of compliments on the cake. Excellent meal & excellent service!!! I would highly recommend using La Tavola for catering. We’ll definitely be using them again!!!

First time inside La Tavola And let me tell you I smile the whole time I was in there. Not only the two girls behind the counter were so bright cheerful friendly and more than willing to help you, I felt like a little kid in a candy store it brought me back to my heritage growing up with my grandmother An Aunts Cooking dinners and making desserts the counters tables the whole kitchen filled with pastries and pasta I will definitely be back to try some food I had no clue that they had food in there

AMAZING food!! I’ve lived in Coal City for almost two years and decided to support a local business with catering my baby shower and i’m so happy I did! I wish I would have tried their food sooner, everything had so much flavor. The delivery was prompt and the soup was hot! All the sandwiches were made fresh. Very pleased with this business. They accidentally tried to deliver my order a month before my shower and ended up donating all the food to the fire department. Great service all around and would definitely use them again.

My wife found this gem. The marinara sauce ,The baked goods Authentic Italian Salads and Sandwiches are all amazing! This is a must try place.

I Love this deli - came in again for an early lunch. The Dago sandwich is delicious and tasted so fresh. customer service is always on point. and of course I left with some Tiramisu and cookies for the family.

La Tavola catered dinner and made a beautiful decorated cake for my parents' anniversary party. The food was delicious, very reasonably priced, and arrived on time. Service throughout the process was super friendly. I got lots of compliments from the guests. Highly recommend!!

I had the chicken parmesan tonight. it was fantastic. brought home some kolacky too they were delicious.

Everyone is very friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door. They have such a variety to choose from, it’s always hard to make up my mind. I go home every time with WAY more than I should.

We ordered catering from La Tavola with short notice. They did an excellent job. Everything looked and tasted fantastic!! We will use them again!

Food is always great. The portion size is great for the price. Desserts are all delicious as well especially the cannolis. All the staff are always very friendly during the visit. One of the best places to eat in Coal City.

Average food, combo was a little bland and I thought being baptized would be extra juicy but wasn't. Homemade chips were a little bland as well but liked the fact that we're home made. Sub sammich was ok but can get better elsewhere. I would go back to try the pasta dishes with hopes of better.
