Food and service was excellent but it seems the wait see has a long walk to get extra napkins,sauces etc.which makes for wait time but it was worth it . Even got extra to go

We sat for 10 minutes without being served. A server walked right by us to deliver something to a neighboring table. I know they were closed due to being short-staffed, but she could have at least acknowledged our existence and said, hey, I’ll be with you as soon as I can. It also smelled TERRIBLE inside. We walked out. Very disappointed.

They will glady accept your online order and then call and tell you what you ordered isn't available and you won't get your money back for a 3 to 5 days. Other places have a limited menu and update their online to ordering to avoid this from happening. Q

Sitting at the restaurant now and we have tried many times for them to just get the order right. We had 3 people at are table and we all got our food at different times ......we came together and sat together guess we should have said we also wanted to eat together. Then the so call waitress didn't even Wright now the whole order. Used to be the best now town. Not any more! Horrible

Best pizza in the Coal City area. A little pricier than average but definately worth it. Haven't had anything on the menu that wasnt fantastic. Staff is always very friendly and the servers are always on top of any of your needs.

I love La Piazza. Normally the food is always spot on but when i went in on Saturday with my girlfriend it wasn't the best experience & I really hope it was a one time thing. Normally its very clean and presentable but all the tables & the booths were dirty. The food wasnt quite as good as normal. I hope this is just a little case of a bad day because there pizza is the best south of I-80

We've ordered from here twice and it was a knockout both times! A bit spendy but you definitely get what you pay for I would say it has for sure become my new favorite pizza place.
Terrible experience at La Piazza. my family and myself have been customers of La Piazza since they opened. Recently we went to the restaurant and our food order was terrible. I had the Chicken Vesuvio and it was horrible. It had a nasty yellow sauce and basically it was not traditional Chicken Vesuvio. I couldn't eat more than one bite. Another member of my family the Salmon which had no flavor. I don't know if La Piazza switched cooks or what the reason was for the awful food. I hope they figure the issue out and fix the problem. it use to be a top notch restaurant.

Ordered a simple bacon and mushroom pizza. Thin crust,well done and double the bacon. When we got it home I thought they had gave me an onion and mushrooms pizza. The bacon was almost raw and was definitely not double bacon.
