I went in for a black coffee with two pumps of mocha and two cookies. The coffee had cream in it I did not ask for cream I asked for black. The cookie was not wormed up. Wilmington McDonald's are get my order is all was right. In coal city that was the manager that took my order and got the order she can not even get it right. Thanks for nothing some people do use cream for all kind of reasons like allergies. That's for wasting my money.

This is the third time I've come to this location and the staff have always been insanely rude. The first time put a bad taste in my mouth as I was insulted for making a mistake for a pick up order, but thought it was just the one interaction. No, they're all pretty much like that. After this third attempt I deleted the app, I'd much rather get mid food from a place with kinder staff.

We walked in and were asked what we wanted to order immediately. We ordered and were told to have a seat, and our food would be right out. Our server brought our food out in less than 5 minutes. We were served with a courteous smile and thanked for our purchase. Another employee came by to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything else. About 5 minutes later, our server came by and asked if we needed anything else. The service and food were excellent, and our visit was very pleasant.

This is not actually off the interstate, 15 minute drive through 2 towns before you arrive. Not cool. There’s a McDonald’s just past this exit on either side. Just keep driving.

Nicole The Manger is the only reason I will give this location more then 1 star. They always forget something or make something wrong, I ask for no egg they put eggs on, I ask for Extra breakfast sauce they put less then the normal amount, I ask for extra bacon they don't add Extra, but they have no problem changing for the extra sauce and bacon. Nicole is the only one who ever gets my food right, even my coffee i ask for 2 creams and 6 sugars again Nicole is the only one who can get that right so I don't recommend this location unless the other staff members learn to appreciate their customers, it's strange that only one person here cares enough to make food how the customers order.
