Great place, nice interior, and food, however I ordered a medium Dr Pepper inside and they took a half an hour, apparently the cashier didn’t put the order in. Likely a one time experience and I never have problems at the drive thru.

This is hands down THEE WORST Mc Donald’s I have ever been to! I dont have the space or time to explain EVERY SINGLE TIME they have screwed up our orders, which is each time we’ve gone there so about 20times. Why do we keep going back is the question I have to ask myself…..it’s close to home and fast BUT it’s NOT worth the AGGRAVATION everytime we go!! The latest was I asked for a mocha iced coffee with extra cream sugar and mocha cuz they barely put any in WELL WELL WELL I got a large cup of CREAM! These people that work there have got to have major issues to screw up EVERY SINGLE ORDER!!

We waited 30 minutes just for some fries and a burger and the whole time the staff were messing around while the store was dead. They also never checked up on us once and we had to ask twice to see how much longer it would take. Horrible customer service.

I'd give it a zero if I could. I went in Sunday at exactly 10:30. While waiting for service I heard the manager yell no more breakfest. When the young lady came 2 take my order at 10:31 she wouldn't let me order breakfest. On Sunday!!! I know all the breakfest stuff was still out. Like they just wanted to be jerks to be jerks. Thank God the mcdonalds by me in Carol Stream is good. Got breakfest there 2day at 10:45 cause they wisely extend breakfest to 11 on weekends. + they employees r nice 2 customers. What a concept

Went through the drive-thru, and despite two different employees repeating my order to me i still didn’t get everything I ordered. Once I got home and realized their mistake i called to ask how they would rectify the issue. The employee that answered said he was really busy and I should call back in two days when the general manager would be there and take it up with them. The lack of effort/customer service is impressively abysmal.

they treat there workers hella unfair and are super unprofessional not holding up to McDonald's companies policies at all they should be ashamed of how there managers act and lead there

I give zero stars. I got an email this morning with a message I had earned a free food reward. I made my choice and drove uptown and gave the code and they said it was invalid. I went inside and showed them, they said my code was invalid, and when I tried again it said I had already used my reward. The employee said many people have complained about the app. And this happened to me before. Not happy with McDonalds! I'm only giving 1 star at the end because it won't continue if I don't rate any stars.

Lucky we ordered in, cause 5 different things were wrong. Size of drinks, cracked cup provided with one drink, burger made wrong, wrong frappe drink, no napkins available.

Don't eat here unless you want your whole order to be wrong then when you give the food back and ask for you money back you just get yelled at by the manager and customers.. BTW don't bother calling McDonald's corporate since this location is privately owned so McDonald's corporate won't do anything for you.
