Everything we've had has been super tasty. My husband and I went to a few of the farmers' markets in Coal City and tried the breakfast tacos, breakfast burrito, sweet potato hash, and sweetened iced tea. Everything was SO good. I think the fresh ingredients really set them apart from other local dining options. The tacos weren't what you might expect with greasy meat and too much sour cream. Instead, they were loaded with perfectly seasoned potatoes, bacon from a local farm, and a hand-made cilantro sour cream. My favorite part, though? Sweet potato and brussel sprout hash topped bacon, a fried egg and tasty honey Sriracha sauce. I dream about that dish...
