The service is terrible...dine in and take out. The last 2 times we ordered thin crust for take out and got regular. This time we actually got thin crust but had about a third of the usual toppings and the sauce tastes different. I think we'll try some new places. This used to be our fave...so sad.

I've ate here twice. one time the service was terrible. The soup was warm at best, my pasta sauce was watery.
The other time the pizza was made wrong and again the service was poor.
Both times Mary was not there. when she was there things where perfect.
whatever changed at Rachettis has hurt their quality
