Mama's meatball sub is not what your momma would make you. Tasted like they put chef boyardi on my meatball sub. No original Italian flavor as advertised. The Greek salad was slightly above average.

The first time I ordered was through door dash, and the food came in decent time & was delicious! My boyfriend, his family and I went a few weeks later to dine in & the service was good but it took too long for the food to come out and our appetizer was not cooked properly. Once we finally got our dinners, they were decent. We wanted to give it another chance tonight, so we ordered delivery with a 50 minute estimated delivery time. Food came in 30 minutes and was delicious!!

I've ate here twice. one time the service was terrible. The soup was warm at best, my pasta sauce was watery. The other time the pizza was made wrong and again the service was poor. Both times Mary was not there. when she was there things where perfect. whatever changed at Rachettis has hurt their quality

My friends and I have been using a rachettis gift card as a white elephant gift without realizing it. My mom comes to town and insists on ordering from here. There is no consistency in dishes because my kids will only order the same thing. If I order online its always a disaster. I'm done after this last time. Miserable.
