Called in twice, got hung up on. Showd up in person, told 25 minutes for a pizza. Me and my son listened to the silence of the phone not ringing. Nothing to say about the cooks but the girl that answers the phone is not good in my opinion.

This place has improved since the last time I visited. My only dig would be the AC unit. It's always blazing hot in there. What about your workers? What about your 3 dine in table customers? Fix the AC!

We ordered the meat mania with double dough crust! We are 15 minutes away and they delivered to us! Absolutely, the best Rosatis we have ever had. We will always order from this location from now on.

The food has been consistent, which is a plus when ordering from a pizza place. I chose pickup this time and the tables inside are a nice touch, much different than the large coolers that were in the waiting area. I will be ordering again.

Thought maybe new management was different but same old issues. Ordered a ceasar salad and they send me out vinegrette. Then I call to have them bring the correct items and it takes them over an hour to get that out to me. I wouldn’t bother with them again and you shouldn’t either. Poor customer service and terrible wait times.

I had to do a review. We didn’t know it was under new ownership and ordered pizza yesterday and we both said this is really really good today, not the usual mediocre we usually got from Rosatis here in Coal City. It’s so nice to now have a real Chicago pizza place her in Coal City. We decided to order again today, so when I went to Google the number it said under new ownership.
Edit: just when I thought we found a place that could get things right……we ordered a pizza with extra sauce got home and it was dry as a bone with NO sauce! Idk 🤷♀️ can someone let me know why why why not one carry out place gets an order correct? It’s so frustrating!
