I had to do a review. We didn’t know it was under new ownership and ordered pizza yesterday and we both said this is really really good today, not the usual mediocre we usually got from Rosatis here in Coal City. It’s so nice to now have a real Chicago pizza place her in Coal City. We decided to order again today, so when I went to Google the number it said under new ownership.
Edit: just when I thought we found a place that could get things right……we ordered a pizza with extra sauce got home and it was dry as a bone with NO sauce! Idk 🤷♀️ can someone let me know why why why not one carry out place gets an order correct? It’s so frustrating!

I use to go out of my way to order at the braidwood location. I heard the coal city store has new owners. So I decided to order from there twice in the last few weeks, and everyone in the group has enjoyed the pizzas. Service at pick up has been fine as well.

Love (and have been loving) the new ownership! Just tonight we called to order delivery. Our cellphone connection was bad and the call was dropped. We were going to call back, but they beat us to it and returned the call. She was super nice and friendly, and the food was fantastic!
i wanted to order a pizza to pick up on my way home but u want a text, so i guess everyone that wants to order a pizza from you has to pull over? i was on hold from morris to almost coal city hitting 1 does nothing..great business moto make it impossible to order food from a carry out smh

Rosati's catered for a birthday celebration, and we could not have been happier. They went over and beyond what we expected, and everyone at the party thought the food was great! We had more food than we knew what to do with. Highly recommend the italian beef and sausage. Delivery was on time, and everything was reasonably priced. We will definitely order from them again.

1st time in this location…I ordered online for carry out. Once I got there the service was fast and friendly. The pizza and the cheesy breads were delicious.
Ordered 2 pizzas today. I was told 30 minutes. I arrived when they should of be done, but instead I was informed that the ovens went down. My guests left as they were already hungry. Another ½ hour before I got the pizzas. Horrible service this time around. Very dissatisfied. Lots of cold pizza sitting around now.

I ordered the ROSATI'S MONSTER and rate it a 4 out of 10. For this pizza lover, it's all about the crust and Italian sausage. This fell short. The crust was overall too thick, not allowing for the toppings to be distributed all the way to the edge & the Italian sausage did not have fennel. We used a coupon buy one get one half off spending $53 on two pizzas that regretfully disappointed. On a positive note, the gentleman who waited on me when I came in to pick up my order, Eric had excellent customer service skills. There were 4 customers waiting for their orders, phones were ringing off the hook and he was training a new employee who was clearly frazzled. Despite it all, Erik greeted me when I walked in, was professional and friendly when answering phones and exhibited patience with his trainee. I was so impressed by Eric that I told him what customer skills he had!!
