Our experience started out amazing. Food came out fairly quickly. Unfortunately I found a hair in the salsa. I pointed it out to the manager on duty. We received no apology just a request to take the hair in salsa. Unfortunately we will not return.

Normally I order in the restaurant and never had issues with my order. The carne asada street tacos were great. However every call in order for pick up was made incorrectly though the host read back my orders correctly both were wrong. I really like this restaurant- it’s clean and service was great. But there is some kind of breakdown in communication with the kitchen on take out.

I am from AZ and it’s unusual to find good Mexican food this far east! Salsa was great,
they have 3 options. Chips were good,a little too greasy. Chicken tacos were awesome,
Refried beans awesome. Yes they charge for using a card, I get it but a bit unusual as it’s an expected cost of doing business.

We're from southern California so not only spoiled with great Mexican food but we could eat it every night!! We hadn't eaten all day when we arrived at Agavero so we were ready eat!! We were greeted immediately and sat without even stopping! Our server approached with chips and salsa while we were still sitting! Very genuine and friendly service. Our drinks came quickly and our lunch plate orders right behind them. Hands down the best cheese enchilada I've ever had at a restaurant! Our experience at Agavero was perfect and I would highly recommend them!
