It was a little after 8 the lights were off on the big Arby’s sign and the menu board lights were off. I thought they were closed at first but pulled up and they answered on the box. I had to ask them to turn the light on the menu board to see. The kid who took my order was nice and polite.. But it took at least 10 minutes to get our food. We only had two sandwiches and two fries. Fries were good and fresh. The Ruben was pathetic. There was barely any meat on it and it wasn’t on marbled rye bread and wasn’t toasted.

When making the order via drive thru the speaker was very low that I couldn't hear anything the person was saying. I had to drive up to the window to ask for my meal.

Quality has really gone down here over the last year. Food lately has been terrible. Rueben was cold and mushy. Chicken bacon swiss was cold and nearly inedible. Just got a Roast beef & cheddar that was covered in Arby sauce which wasn't asked for. Need some serious improvements.
4 years later, place is still a disaster. Dirty, poorly run, mistake prone and it looks like they just don't care. Will probably have some bot post about their concern and thanking me for my comments

I got charged for a large meal when I only a medium but they were out of stock of medium. & when I asked if I was getting charged for a large she got a attitude & said I was. I don’t feel like I should get charged a large because I didn’t want a large.

Drop fried products first please and a suggestion to keep the bagged items warm is to set the bag under the fry warmer, where you normally stack fries.

Not gonna lie anytime I get anything fried here I'm sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Not gonna stop me from going or anything just maybe avoid their fried foods if that worries you.

We hadn't gotten anything from Arby's for over 30 years because when we had gotten sandwiches then, we got sick enough that we thought we could never eat it again, but last month, we decided to give it a try. We're so glad we did! The beef and cheese are awesome! The sandwich is a meal by itself! We love it!

I ordered the french dip meal with crinkle fries. And they weren't hot not even warm but cold. This location had four employees on the clock. They were just standing behind the front counter laughing and goofing off having a great time. My mom went up there to tell one that the ketchup dispenser was empty. He said that it would be refilled but never was unfortunately. The flooring and tables were filthy and gross. Their television is literally never turned on and screen appears to be ruined due to being sprayed with some type of cleaning product. Whomever paid for this building to be remodeled apparently doesn't honestly give a rats butt as to how the interior looks. And then cold food seriously? I expected way better. The employees should be reprimanded and retrained with threats of being fired if they don't comply. I've never seen such laziness and complete disrespect for a decent job. These kids want to work but not put any effort into actually working there ?
I do not recommend anyone buy food from this establishment. And if you dare to dine here than you risk cold food which may or may not be completely cooked through. I would hope that it is
