My niece and I went to the Collinsville Arby's and were pleasantly surprised with the ladies and gentlemen working. We were greeted with smiles, helped quickly and even served at our table. It was nice! Went to leave and everyone told us to have a nice evening. Kindness definitely has an impact! Thank you.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked for a #1 combo. Medium size on the sandwich and reg size on fries and soda. And a #2 with the sandwich a double and the fries and soda a small. I got the double on the beef and cheddar but the other sandwich was a small beef and cheddar. Which I can't stand. Tried calling each time this has happened. Phone just rings and rings.

It was a little after 8 the lights were off on the big Arby’s sign and the menu board lights were off. I thought they were closed at first but pulled up and they answered on the box. I had to ask them to turn the light on the menu board to see. The kid who took my order was nice and polite.. But it took at least 10 minutes to get our food. We only had two sandwiches and two fries. Fries were good and fresh. The Ruben was pathetic. There was barely any meat on it and it wasn’t on marbled rye bread and wasn’t toasted.

Ordered a 3 course meal deal for $15 but was charged $17.90 (not including sales tax).

When making the order via drive thru the speaker was very low that I couldn't hear anything the person was saying. I had to drive up to the window to ask for my meal.

Quality has really gone down here over the last year. Food lately has been terrible. Rueben was cold and mushy. Chicken bacon swiss was cold and nearly inedible. Just got a Roast beef & cheddar that was covered in Arby sauce which wasn't asked for. Need some serious improvements.

4 years later, place is still a disaster. Dirty, poorly run, mistake prone and it looks like they just don't care. Will probably have some bot post about their concern and thanking me for my comments

Omg !!! Sticker Shocked ! $27 for 3 sandwiches and a small fry, I can buy a couple of steaks. Crazy

I got charged for a large meal when I only a medium but they were out of stock of medium. & when I asked if I was getting charged for a large she got a attitude & said I was. I don’t feel like I should get charged a large because I didn’t want a large.

Drop fried products first please and a suggestion to keep the bagged items warm is to set the bag under the fry warmer, where you normally stack fries.

Try opening your dining room window curtain thingys and look open instead of closed during the day.

Not gonna lie anytime I get anything fried here I'm sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Not gonna stop me from going or anything just maybe avoid their fried foods if that worries you.

No cars in the drive-thru or in the parking lot. The guy at the order box told us to pull around to place our order at the window. We pulled up to the window and no one came to take our order. We sat there for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone and ended up going elsewhere.
