Food's decent but recently they are always out of stuff, workers act like they don't care, root beer floats were sloppy with hardly any soda or ice cream and prices are really high for what you do get. They also added stuff to my order and had to change everything at the window and it took FOREVER to even get the order. I was the only car so how do you screw up that bad? Last time ever coming here.

I ordered a cheeseburger meal, a hot dog meal, and a kids meal. It took 25 minutes to get our food in the drive thru and they forgot the drinks. There was only 1 car ahead of us, an no vehicles behind us in line. The order was messed up, and the kids meal didn't come with a 'prize' (as advertised by A&W). The menu online is NOT the same as the menu in store. I do not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and go to Culver's instead.

It was really slow and they did not care about their job. Are small order and it took 20 mins plus for the drive thru. They made us pull around that way the camera didn't show how slow they are. Worst one I have ever been to, never coming

Food was hot and fresh we had the 3 chicken strips and the fish,shrimp,and chicken platter. The lady working the drive thru was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. She was a lot of help.

Always like the setup there only issue no one in line and still messed it up even after double checking the order with me, please listen to the customer a little better, tables were dirty wash bucket on a table but the whole time there noone cleaned anything even though they were dead even in drive

Adriana is the best, for a young lady working a high-school job she took care of my wife and kids with great service and the hospitality you would expect in a 5 star restaurant, not what you would expect in a fast food chain.
