Usually decent service and polite staff, but this is the third time we've gotten Blizzards here and they're basically just plain soft serve- virtually no mix-ins. 🫤

Paid 5.39 for a medium chocolate malt and there’s not enough chocolate to even change the color of the ice cream I even asked this is chocolate not vanilla right and was assured it was chocolate. Can’t even taste any chocolate in it. Fir 5.39 there should be enough chocolate in my malt it should be brown not white

Great service here always. Micheal is keeping things running smoothly every time I go in and the whole team is polite and helpful. They have someone doing custom cupcakes occasionally and we love them! We would love to see(and buy) more soon! Well done on the cat character and friends art person!

Unprofessional staff and they consistently mess up my blizzards. On several occasions they aren’t blended all the way through. Also, blizzards used to be thick so when its inverted, theres no leak but here theyre runny

At this point they dont care anymore the blizzards are always like milkshakes now. You have to scarf it before it become soup. Unacceptable.
Corporate you need to look into this.

Had to stop getting blizzards as they
can't clean the machine properly between blizzards. I have an allergy and have asked to clean the blizzard machine finally I've given up but the strawberry sundae is good and no contamination ice cream is good service is ok mostly teenagers almost never see anyone work there more than a couple months

for $17 this is actually crazy. my sauce is cracked open and there is literally barely any fries in here. i love dairy queen but this is unacceptable.

I ordered 4 blizzards. I didn't receive the correct blizzards. They were also over filled and spilling everywhere in the car. When I pulled up to the window, they were having an issue with the blizzard machine and there was a lot of cursing. Just overall disappointed.

Ember and Michael were loudly bad mouthing me my whole visit, poking fun making jokes and cussing very loudly while children were around. I will never return, the remarks Ember was making was completely unacceptable and ruined my day. This whole situation was ridiculous.😞
