Poor service, meal was cold/horrible!!!

My Husband and I took our Grandkids to the Collinsville DQ tonight. We bought 4 Med Blizzards which was 26.00. We ordered 2 of the same kind and then 2 different ones for the other 2 . Well we got home in about 7 mins. The Blizzards were completely liquid and we had to pour them in a bowl because we could not tell which one was which. I am so upset that our grandkids didn’t even get what they wanted.

Surprise surprise, nothing has changed here. Spent 5 minutes at the window where you normally get your food only to be asked to pull into a parking spot. Then spent 20 minutes there waiting for my two meal deals, only for them to not bring my drinks out and get my caramel Sunday incorrect. I told the guy who brought my food out that I was missing my drinks and he said all right, went back inside and did nothing. I had to get out in the rain and walk inside to get my drinks, as they were all just sitting around doing nothing. Clearly, this store needs to be gutted in new management needs to be sought.

I consistency get hardly any Royal filling in my blizzards and flavored ice cream in general. Those things are expensive as hell, I except to get what I'm paying for.

The best people work here and it shows! Super helpful and friendly. Know me and my order everytime I come in without fail or hesitation. This is how fast food should be done. The highlight of my week everytime!

Lady who waited on me was awesome! Greeted me when I walked in. High energy without being annoying. Offered to write on the cake I bought & did a beautiful job!

Had me pull forward and then spent 20 minutes before coming out and trying to give me the wrong order. Said they were super busy but there were maybe 3 cars that had come through in the time I sat there and nobody inside. Those three cars got parked and got their food before I got mine as well. And because I didn't triple check my food some of it was wrong when I got home. Terrible service, will not be back and will let others know as well. Took 40 minutes for this mess to occur. They definitely forgot about us.

After a certain hour they care more about getting out than getting the chili dog out of the microwave before it is hard. They have ruined MANY dinners for me regardless that I chose them for my supper... NEVER AGAIN. P.S. People need more than 1 napkin.
