They took my order over the phone which the other one we usually use has quit talking orders except on line. So I like this one for doing that. Food was hot and good also.

I placed an order for bread bites. I selected drive thru pickup.
I waited outside the drive thru window for a long period of time. I had my toddler in the car and I didn’t want to get him out of the car so he wouldn’t get upset.
The drive thru window was open and I yelled out hello more than once. An employee saw me through the window while throwing a box towards the door. He did not help me. I continued to wait. I got upset and had to drive all the way around to the parking lot to go inside.
As soon as I got inside the guy that I seen was at the drive thru window helping a customer as soon as they pulled up.
That customer may have spent more money than I did and that’s why they were valued more I assume. I will not be going back. Why have a drive thru window if nobody is at it? I couldnt 4 employees in that small store. Surely someone knew I was at the window!!!!

Food came cold after them leaving over 30 minutes before I got my food and my food not being in a warm bag. The when calling I get told yes we can replace it but it will be another 30 minutes so in total would have been waiting 2 hours for food. They have gone extremely downhill and are not worth the money over all the pizza places around.

THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES NEED I SAY MORE. 🤢🤮🤮 also it's been burnt the last two times. I never paid attention because I go through the drive through but while I waited for 10 min behind another car with an online order that was ready when I got there for my online order I noticed them making the brownie cookies with out gloves so I asked the girl who just walked in for her shift and she said no and I said disgusting and she said she agreed. Ew.

Forgot buffalo on a buffalo pizza twice and yesterday forgot pepperoni on a bacon and pepperoni pizza. Idk if they didn't read it or if the screen was broken but I'm done with it

Ordered online with an estimated delivery time of 35-45 minutes. It’s been over and hour and a half. I tried calling to cancel and the phone rings and rings. When they finally picked up they put me on hold so the phone stops ringing. Still have no confirmation that my order was canceled and the tracker still shows my order in the “prep” stage going on 2 hours.

We ordered delivery for two pizzas and some chicken bites. After waiting 40 minutes for our pizza with no updates, we call the store. They had told us that a driver got a flat tire and deliveries were delayed. Which is understandable, and they offered to remove the delivery charge. However, when I got there, they were unable to help me for about 5-10 minutes, and when I finally got to talk to someone, they instantly voided the entire charge, I'm glad I bought money because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to pay the second time. Then they hand me this obviously cold stack of pizzas that have been sitting on the shelf. And when I get home, both the orders were completely wrong.

What a joke.

The Rudest manager i have ever come across he said his name was Jason I placed a order online and my order got canceled I called and he said they don't deliver at my address it's only 3.4 miles away from them they have always delivered to us what is wrong with him i will go somewhere else good ride riddance terrible!
