I had the pleasure to take my group of 47 adults to lunch at the Firehouse Subs at Collinsville, IL on the 16th of August 2025. I have found the place very clean and the staff extra nice working with us. I have pre-ordered the box lunch and found all were ready when we arrived. My group was completely satisfied with the place and the atmosphere. Thank you Fire house Sub.

Hot Head man-bun wearing manager likes to argue loudly in front of customers. Foods good but management needs a new friendly face instead of a grumpy know it all !

This restaurant is spot on fast, especially if you call your order in first. The people working there are very friendly and well trained. I have enjoyed several sandwiches made here and all are very tasty. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, too. It is a win whether you eat in or carry out. Plus, they will deliver.

First of all. If you're hungry be prepared to spend. I usually get the small sandwich with a small soft drink at Penn station and it's more than adequate for lunch and comes in at just over $10. I figured Firehouse subs would be on par with Penn station but boy was I wrong. A small sandwich is definitely definitely small. Fine for a kid but definitely not enough to feed your hunger for an adult. You're going to have to kick it up to a regular. A small sandwich with a small drink was over $10 and now I'm heading down the road to get me a hamburger to finish my hunger off. Got the club and it was an okay sandwich. I don't care for the honey ham but if you like sweet crap on your sandwich then you're going to like their club.
Also the cups suck. Almost spilled my drink on me three times because the cup folds in on itself and the lid pops off.
