They always seem to do one thing- mess our whole order up EVERY TIME WE COME HERE. Because we ordered right before they closed we did not bother coming back to tell them.
Whoever was working the headset tonight on February 2, needs to be put on grill or fired.
We asked for mushrooms on the jalapeño burger and got mustard (we confirmed over the intercom).
We asked for a plain prime rib burger- yet got everything but the mushrooms.
Asked for a milkshake yet got a concrete.
Even as we pulled up on the window- we got nothing but dirty looks by everyone in there that were able to see us, and a rude tone anytime I spoke with her.
Yea I hope a canes or even yet a Dunkin opens up at this location.

The delicious burger place with best fries and fry sauce out of any burger chain! Great burgers as well! But now, i found a new dynamite dessert that is a mini hot chocolate frost drink for just $2 that hits your sweet chocolate spot, perfectly! It's fantastic! Nice staff, also!

Had the same burger I've gotten at other locations.. it was an absolute letdown and in no way compared. Usually love Freddy's, but not so great here.

Freddy's has great food , they have basically the same offerings as steak n shake but in my opinion much better . Fries are the same style thin Fries but they actually cook them crispy . Everything usually is very fresh made. My favorite new fast food burger joint.

Always a good burger, got the large fries and can't tell the difference between the large and regular order, girlfriend got the onion rings for here side and there were a whopping 4 onion rings and these were pretty sad looking. Know your known for the burgers but you have to do better on the sides people.

My boyfriend ordered a steak burger and cheese fries through DoorDash, When received the burger was UNSEASONED and UNDERCOOKED totally unacceptable. When he called them to complain or at least ask for another sandwich he was refused.

Freddy's previously had a reasonably priced plain chicken sandwich. Seems like they've gotten rid of that in favor of only a club grilled chicken sandwich. So if you want a plain chicken sandwich you end up paying $8 for a piece of chicken and a bun. Will be the last time I get a chicken sandwich at Freddy's. In particularly at this location I asked for the sandwich to be playing at least five times when I got to the drive-thru they asked me if that needed cheese on it.
