The food on the buffet was not appealing. Cabbage wasn't done mashed potatoes looked great chicken looked like it had been fried in old grease. Will not be going back. Food hasn't been up to par in a very long time. Just close it down. Don't know how people eat here

The food never changes or adding variety. The same old thing over and over and over again. Then if your workers acted like they actually liked being there vs wanting to slit their wrists then it might make it more pleasant for family's to want to bring their business here

Unfortunately I just had one of the worst experiences of my life with the staff/management at this restaurant in Collinsville. It’s quite sad, and as a fellow business owner, I hope the owners know what type of people are representing their name and reputation. I can’t think of a time I’ve felt more disrespected and embarrassed.

I like Golden Corral. This location seemed not as good sd othets I have ate at. It was not horrible. Just the food wasnt as fresh. All in all its still Ok to eat here. Just not my 1st choice.

All the meats were overcooked and dry. Steak, sadly, even at medium rare, was shoe leather. Very subpar. Other GC are much better
