Order a supreme croissant they left off the bacon once i asked for the bacon to be put on i waited 2 minutes for a fee miniscule peices of bacon also ordered a jr bacon that was completely fine just annoying for the price

I’m a truck driver. I stopped by for lunch because there’s a big open lot right beside Jack-in-the-Box., I would not recommend staying there long as their signs posted everywhere saying no parking for trucks I was there maybe 35 minutes. Nobody bugged me, but I wouldn’t be there any longer than that.

The customer service at this location is amazing! I went to another location and they messed up my order after talking for 5 minutes at the speaker. And I had to wait 20 minutes for 20 tacos. This location had them all correct within a few minutes but forgot my sauce :(

Great place, the dude taking my order was very nice and the food was the best jack in a box I have ever had. The shake was fine perfect, the fries were nice and fresh and the tacos were crunchy but no overdone. This is now my favorite jack in a box
I went again on August 24th at 11:30, supposedly to be 24 hours but every time I go they say they are only doing door dash orders with a completely empty parking lot

Food was ordered online, but they didn't make it til I arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and they even made my tacos fresh. I was offered a drink and 2 more tacos as well. I loved the customer service they had given. They were sweet and didn't give attitudes, and they were attentive.
