Food was ordered online, but they didn't make it til I arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and they even made my tacos fresh. I was offered a drink and 2 more tacos as well. I loved the customer service they had given. They were sweet and didn't give attitudes, and they were attentive.

I drove all the way across town to get Jack in the box because it's the only 24-hour drive-thru just to be told they're closed. For some reason the open sign is still on. If you aren't actually open 24 hours, don't list your hours as 24 hours.

This place has gotten a lot better over the past year. They are still slow at times but are rarely out of anything like they used to be. Most of the workers are pretty cool and the food is always good and they rarely screw up orders.
Food was good and the one person that was working was awesome. There was only one person working and she was waiting on the other staff to show up that wasn't answering their phones.

Absolutely the worst Jack in the Box location I have ever visited. Unfriendly staff, disgusting food and none of the three orders we received from the drive through were correct - 4 items were missing. My co-worker left a voicemail and sent an email to management 3 days ago and has yet to receive a response. Stay away from this place!!!!
And yes, we contacted Jack at heyjackbox.com and we are still waiting for a reply!!!!

I recently visited Jack in the Box and had an amazing experience that I just have to share! From the moment I came to order, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service from Ashley and Eric. They went above and beyond to ensure my meal was perfect.
The menu offered a delicious variety of options, and I was particularly impressed with the freshness of the ingredients. I tried their famous breakfast which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were fantastic, and each bite was a delight!
What stood out even more was the efficiency of the service. Ashley and Eric handled everything with a smile, keeping the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming. It’s rare to find a fast-food place where the staff makes you feel truly valued!
Overall, my experience at Jack in the Box was top-notch, thanks to Ashley and Eric. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommended!
