Truly amazing you can make 6 subs with different customizations and all that but you guys forget the chips for my Uber order. Literally the only easy part of the order and that couldn’t be done right. Going back to Subway and Penn Station and they’re terrible.

I ordered my lunch and patiently waited for it to be made. In my opinion there are way too many employee's behind the counter. But anyway once my sandwhich was ready i politely said thank you. It was your black employee's who rudely ignored me. She should've said you're welcome. I strongly believe this happened because of my skin color which is white. So she's choosing to be a racist. I did not appreciate being ignored or treated inhumane. There is no absolutely no respect being shown. So your establishment will never again receive my patronage. Oh and there was another white guy who was acknowledged but not me? Wow Seriously?

Please do not visit this restaurant. The black employee's are very rude and don't say anything to white people 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered catering for an event. One large platter - 45 minutes after it was set to arrive , I called the store, and was placed on hold for 4-5 minutes with no communication or further information. I hung up. Did not receive an email, call back, or text. Food never arrived. We spent about $250 for food that never arrived - if I could give 0 stars, I would.

This location consistently leaves items out of delivery orders. Sometimes it's just a drink, other times it's drinks, chips, etc. If you call them to inquire about the mistake, you are met with an attitude and often hung up on with no resolution. If you order delivery - buyer beware.

I went through the drive thru at this location, it was freaky fast, freaky good just like the commercial says. I got a roast beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. A pickle quarter cut. The price was good, and I had earned a free side so the giant dill pickle was FREE!! Even better. The store was spotless clean the staff was polite and friendly. It was a fabulous experience.

Was in the area with my wife to pick up a car, needed a quick eat. Staff was super friendly, it was fast like the commercials say, and most importantly accurate to what we ordered. Also the bathrooms were nice looking and clean which is def appreciated since we’re about to get on the highway and drive 5 more hours!

The sole reason I’m leaving a superb review is because of the young lady whom every single time I place an order and she’s working it’s on point. She’s always so polite and personable. My sandwich is always fresh and made properly. My chips are fresh and my soda isn’t watered down or missing ice. Sorry in advance if I’m not spelling it right but Melyssa, Melissa, or Mylissa is the best thing going at this location. I only want my food if she’s working. She deserves a promotion or raise or both for her consistency. Thank you for the good work that you do and food service needs more like you. 🤍
