I didn't eat, but I did chat with the cook for a few minutes. All the food that was going out was quickly served and looked excellent! Service was stellar, and I love the tiki bar theming.
The atmosphere is great! It’s adults only (21+), which is perfect for an adult getaway. I had a Miami vice (Pina Colada/Strawberry Daiquiri) and it was perfect! The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the food. I ordered the Char Grilled Oysters off of the dinner menu and they had some weird crunch to them. Oysters should be nice a soft, but I felt like I was chewing on sand.
The food was good, the service was great, and the ambiance was wonderful. The only thing I would change is seating, needs more, and some lower tables.
I’ve been here twice. I really like this place. So many cool signs and decorations. I had the bar-b-q sliders. They were delicious! Heather was our waitress. She is very nice and friendly. One of my new favorite places.
Girls lunch! Great food! Great Drinks! And great atmosphere!Really enjoyed myself!
We had 7 people in our party . Five of us ordered different entrées, all were delicious ,along with appetizers that we had. Their frozen drink selection was fabulous! All Very good and the employees were extremely nice. I definitely recommend.!!
I had the bahama mama BLT. It had so much bacon on it and the bacon was cooked to perfection. Food was amazing and drinks are delicious. Great good, great atmosphere. Would recommend this place to everyone I know.
Love the decor!! So fun! Drinks were so good, I forgot to get a picture of it! My Shrimp Po Boy was so good too, I had to take some Shrimp off just to close the sandwich. The sauce was just the right touch to compliment the Shrimp and the slaw.
Had a nice girls lunch . Got the shrimp poor boy was very good.
Pleasantly surprised. My wife drug me to this bar because she likes kareoke. I was dreading it. I was wrong. It's a cute little gem in downtown Collinsville. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. The only problem was the food came out of the kitchen HOT... we had to sit there hungry, looking at food sipping beers and listening to music. All in all, well cooked tasty food quickly served is my only complaint. Please come hungry.... my wife ate all my fries!!!!

I hate coming on here to trash a business so I’m not going to. I gave a generous 2 star on the food in hopes it was just a mistake. Below I have pictured the shrimp po-boy I received last night. It wasn’t a po-boy and it wasn’t severed with tartar sauce. I understand you’re a new business trying to make it so I’m asking that you reevaluate this dish. When done properly, I can put down 2-3 a week and I would love to be a customer since you are so close. The second photo is what most know to be a poboy. Fresh tomato’s, onions, fresh slaw…etc. also, no amount of explaining what your menu says will make what you put on that plate a “po boy”
I’m not a hateful person out here trying to hurt your business. I’ll gladly take down my review if I’m offered an opportunity to try a true po-boy. Best of luck with your business and I hope to return under better circumstances.
Fun little bar!
I went there for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Really enjoyed it. Food was delicious, waitress was friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you! I will be back!
We haven't been during kitchen hours to try the food yet but the frozen drinks are phenomenal! The attention to theming and atmosphere is AWESOME (although the lights could be dimmed just a bit to improve the evening time aesthetic.)
The star off is only because the prices seem inconsistent. One time last week a pair of drinks was $17, then another day $19. We bought the flight after I swear we were told it was $12 but then got charged $14. Not enormous differences but it's uncomfortable for people's expectations. If there's daily specials or something, it would be nice to have that prominently displayed so we can understand why prices are different. It's not good for pricing to be a mystery.
All in all it's a very neat place and we will be back, I just hope they figure out the pricing.
