the pizza was burnt and the bread sticks looked like they were rolled in to a ball n put in a bag. i even brought them back in they were soo bad & the other ones i received were no better

It's a Little Ceasers. Pretty much like all the other ones. This one had a lot of sauce on the pizza though. And the breadsticks seemed undercooked and doughy. But again. For like 10 bucks, it's fine.

This location has never been able to keep up with their "hot and ready" promotion. Every time I walked in, no pizzas were ready for sale, even during the 3-6pm time period. When you can get a pizza, the toppings are pretty sparse. Based on these factors, I would have given them 3 stars. But recently, they've done away with voice ordering over the phone. Call them, and you're given options to receive a number of TEXTS! No chance of ordering hands-free while driving, and if you only have a land line, you're screwed...especially since they don't answer their phone at all. That's OK, though, since Casey's is just around the block with a superior pie anyhow.

The food isn't as good as it used to be in the service is definitely not as good because it's always a long wait, and the people that work there are not very friendly I honestly wouldn't come back here unless it changed

Brandon just made my night. They were having technical problems, so my online order couldn't go through. I had waited 20 minutes parked, so I was going to be sooo bummed if it was for nothing. He hooked me up, and thanks to him, I had dinner to bring home to my family. Brandon deserves a raise!!! Thank you!!!

Did a online order for the crazy puffs and the crazy thing is they didn’t have no cheese in them and the manager said u only get sprinkles of cheese.Told my husband to go to another city to get them when we 6 mins from the one in Collinsville Il. It’s sad

Not sure who has recently taken over the management side. But I placed an order for ASAP pick up and literally an hour later the order is still not ready. Avoid this location at all costs. The wait staff was additionally rude.. never came to apologize or say we're waiting on x item
