The place used to be cool and now that they have went corporate, the lady at the window was like a robot. She was just rattling off all kinds of crazy stuff I asked for a packet of I had got five chicken flakes and I asked her for a extra oh is it honey mustard and she said oh that’ll be $1.47 extra, I mean she just was I don’t know if she was on drugs or what was going on with this poor lady but she definitely needs help. I definitely have gotten. I usually get the messed up process. I will never ever ever go back. There was a white lady and she also, she was taking my order. She had an open sore on her face and she was playing with the open store was the most disgusting thing in the world

You will be missed. Aw root beer fish shrimp at long johns . Covid destroyed this place having locked doors for so long people thought it was closed. They had problems finding people to work there . Food quality was off and on. And boom gone like the wind. What a shame like everything in collinsville it falls away.they could bring it back one day but open the doors get good staff and dont lock the doors...

Very run down and extremely long wait for 2 plates of Food. Food was a bit greasy and no crunchies. Employees looked extremely stressed. Tables dirty and not cleaned and every bottle of ketchup empty. Very disappointing to spend money and it be a dud of a place

Absolutely horrible experience tonight , 6 employees and we still had to make 3 trips into the store for every thing we paid for . 45 mins wait for a order that was placed online so they shoukd have been able to get it right the first time . We will not be coming back again !!!

I was waiting for my meal in the store and I saw that they had quite a few orders on their screen but there was only two workers. Instead of making the orders though, the lady with dark red hair stood in the back on her phone for atleast 20 minutes in plain view of the costumers. When they finally started working nobody was wearing gloves and I saw this red haired lady literally picking her nose and making food simultaneously. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder long John silvers is going out of business.

Immediately canceled my Door dash order as soon as it was placed. Judging from other reviews it was for the best anyway
