We were the only ones inside. Everyone else was in drive thru. It took forever to get our simple meals. I waited forever to get a drink refill at the counter. Even the manager didn't take the time to fill it. No refill machine without having an employee get it.

I went to the drive thru on 3/23/25 @ approximately 6:10pm. A young lady greeted me by saying " you 'ca order". Not understanding what she was saying, I remained quiet waiting for the "welcome to McDonald's may I take your order please?" She then repeated her self saying once again " you 'ca order". This time I understood that she was welcoming me to order in a very unprofessional, ghetto way. I then asked how much were the apple pies. She responded by saying " bout $2.00". Being a manager with several employees, I honestly understand that it's slim pickings when it comes to the good employee prospect pool. However, this should not mean that you should just hire anybody. Do you really want employees such as this representing your establishment?

RIDICULOUS!!!!Waited almost an hour for an order I placed AHEAD OF TIME on the app! Finally got my order and food was missing and employees are not apologetic or empathetic on the level of stress waiting for “ fast food” after work and it taking longer then a sit down restaurant.

Avoid this location during peak hours. On multiple occasions when this franchise is busy the wait times are long and orders have to be corrected. A couple of times I ordered ahead on the app but forgot to select in store pick up. When i went inside I showed the front counter team member my order but wasn't checked in and it took a manager to notice me patiently waiting. Said managers did take care of me but the wait time didn't make it worthwhile.

However when not busy and not rushing, the employees are timely, accurate on the order build and friendly.

I walked in and saw mostly older people working there, the service was great,the food was great , the dine in area was clean, old time values of customer service and people taking pride in their work was on display!

Ordered Mc Double, fries, fish sandwich. ALL COLD. IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT TO GET HOT FOOD, NOT JUST WHATS BEEN SITTING AROUND! OMG!

The young lady at the first window was super sweet and polite. The older white lady in a black shirt was extremely rude and almost threw my bag in my car. She didn’t even greet me or say anything, except for “here”. The first girl is a young black woman with long braided hair. (she should get a raise or be promoted to the other ladies job!!) The date was 10/22/24 at about 6:30am.

This the 3rd an last time I visit this Macdonald's they mess up orders bad. Last week I waited 11 minutes for my order mind you I only go through the drive through. The told me to park in one of the spots. They never brought my food tt a manager thy did not care that ot took 11 minutes and I had to go inside and get my food . Today they did the same thing I forgot I always order through the app before I leave my office. Wrong order went inside got a refund no apologies. I'm done never again will I waist my lunch ?
