Found a piece of what looks to be gum that fell in the deep fryer in my bag of french fries. It’s hard as a brick and has teeth marks in it like someone was chewing it. This is gross.

Manager was EXTREMELY rude, made me come inside just because they gave me the wrong food then proceeded to give the other people the food i had for 5 minutes kinda gross. Anyways the black female manager definitely shouldn’t be a manager.. Won’t be back to this location

Even though they are young staff, they still know when someone asks for something.They should really pay attention and not get an attitude. I asked for sugar, free, french vanilla iced coffee, light ice and got a full cupful of ice. What part of light eyes did they not catch? I can't say the first line of the cup because they don't pay attention still. The first line clearly states for iced coffee, if you've never paid attention to your cups.
Ask for no cheese on egg McMuffin and got a egg with cheese only!!

I ordered a mobile order as I had worked a long shift and wanted something easy for my small family. I never thought I would have to start checking my child’s happy meal, she didn’t get her 4 piece nuggets, she got a box full of mayo and so upset. When I went back up there I was told to talk to Seth and they would have it replaced. I went and drove up to the speaker, told them I talked with Seth and told them my name. Told me to go to the first window, when I get up there the person had no idea what was going on and tried to charge me for it, was very confused and said he didn’t know what to do, then told me to go to the second window. When I did I had my someone who had their back turned and took a good minute before someone pointed I was there. Finally gave me the happy meal and had to check and make sure I wasn’t given another box of mayo and went home.
