Tired of ordering and spending money on food that has already been raised in price… and then you order several things with no onions, and they all have onions. You can’t get rid of all diced onions no matter how hard you try , atleast the fifth time this location has screwed me over for different reasons unfortunately it’s the closest one.

My husband went and bought me a Grinch Mean and we got more in the box then we caried for. I just might be contacting a lawyer. This is beyond disgusting. I threw the entire meal in my dumpster. I will never go back to this McDonald's again.

Absolutely awful. Whoever was working the drive through on 11/23 at 5:30 is awful at their job. rushing me and didn’t even let me finish ordering and when I said I had more food to add to the order they told me I had to pull forward and order at the window now. The line was out the parking lot because you guys have no idea wth you’re doing. So no I was not gonna wait to get to the window FINISH ordering my food since I was so rudely cut off and then wait for you guys to end up messing the whole order up anyways because it’s common at this location. Get your crap together this location is losing its value with the workers you currently have there.

It’s usually been a long, exhausting day at Barnes Hospital, but this McDonald’s crew never fails to bring a little sunshine. They have absolutely no clue what kind of day we’ve had — yet they always greet us with smiles, kindness, and get our order just right every time. Truly a great group of people working here.
