Wow they were so busy but somehow got our order right and were quick. The gentleman handing the food could have said something like "have a nice day" or "take care" or "please come again". Or pretty much anything would've been better than not a word just hands food shuts window. The lady taking money was friendly though.

We brought our grandchildren here. Had problems with ordering on self ordering. When asked for help. The employees stated they did not know. And the registers were closed and cold not help. People are very rude

Had a desperate moment had to have McDonald's order. The Deluxe quarter pounder with extra cheese had to wait for them to cook it. So it was fresh, but i'm gonna stay away from mcdonald's as much as possible

It's great that they can charge your card remotely, but they can't do anything when they screw up and fail to give you half your order. GM was completely useless, expecting me to drive all the way back so he could do a refund. I'm sure that's super helpful for customers who are traveling through, too.The app needs to have an option to get refunds when the stores can't get it right.

Food was actually hot which was surprising from McDonald's. The whole restaurant looked clean and well kept, we had our food in about 5 minutes. Overall worth the money and the best McDonald's I have been to.

3 in the afternoon and they weren't answering any of the speakers. Cars just kept driving off after waiting forever. Never have this issue with the one on beltline.
Had to wait for sandwich, which would have been fine if it were hot when I got it. Fries were cold. Asked for ketchup... Got none.

I don't know what it is about this brand, but I love it worldwide. The menus are fun (especially internationally) and the staff are generally pleasant. Every so often I find staff so exceptional that I am completely taken off guard and immediately feel at home. It might not be the healthiest of foods available in the world today, but when I splurge... This place will always have my vote.
