We ordered a delivery order and door dash sent it to the wrong place. The staff here went out of there way to make a special trip to make sure we got our food and even gave us desert. Not sure the name of the lady who dropped the food off but i just want to say thank you !!! We have nothing but good things to say in ensuring the best customer service was given.

Staff will just ignore you. They don’t actually listen to your order. Have and them mess up adding or removing something from a sandwich, or give me the wrong side. They just don't care.

I really dislike giving poor reviews. I like Panera/St. Louis Bread Co. I HATE not having a person take my orders. I waited 10 minutes with my son as staff worked and ignored me at the counter. When I was helped, the staff member did not seem to understand I wanted him to take my order; he kept offering me an extra cup. He then could not work the register and when he asked for assistance from another staff member, the staff member dismissed him with a wave and walked away. A third staff member came out and told me I could not have my order because it was not on the menu till November 5th. The item was listed on the digital menu. So, my experience was poor maybe someone else will have a good one. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

It was a quick drive through experience. Ordered the group French onion soup because I wasn't feeling good its the closet to famous bar French onion soup I can find. Gave me all the bowls and spoons I needed.

We have had quite a few issues with our orders. I called up after I placed my order and spoke with one of your managers. I ordered lunch for my team today.

When I tell you that our order was FANTASTIC it does not nearly do it justice. From presentation, to freshness and accuracy it was next level amazing!

She took great care of us, my team has been RAVING that it was the BEST lunch they have ever had! Complete redemption.

Stellar experience and soooo good! Chefs kiss! Thank you so much, for taking great care of us! 6 Gold Stars out of 5. Great job!

Order accuracy and quality need to be reviewed at this location by the company. By other reviews it seems as an ongoing problem. Chicken salad with no chicken, avo sandwich with no avocado

Worst Panera experience ever. We have dined at Paneras for years taking family trips and never had an experience like this. Saw an employee who worked in the kitchen use the bathroom and leave the bathroom without washing their hands. Another lady who seemed like the manager was handling food without gloves, and when we said our order had been made incorrectly the teenage girl at the counter said “well you don’t have to give me a bunch of attitude.” DO NO go to this Panera.
