We ordered a delivery order and door dash sent it to the wrong place. The staff here went out of there way to make a special trip to make sure we got our food and even gave us desert. I really dislike giving poor reviews. I like Panera/St. Louis Bread Co. I HATE not having a person take my orders. I waited 10 minutes with my son as staff worked and ignored me at the counter. When I was helped, the staff member did not seem to understand I wanted him to take my order; he kept offering me an extra cup. He then could not work the register and when he asked for assistance from another staff member, the staff member dismissed him with a wave and walked away....

It was a quick drive through experience. Ordered the group French onion soup because I wasn't feeling good its the closet to famous bar French onion soup I can find. Gave me all the bowls and spoons I needed.
