I recently ordered from Papa John’s and while the pizza was great, the service left much to be desired. I received a text saying my pizza was ready, so I went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I paid for the pizza, the lady at the counter just walked away, and a few minutes later, a man came up to tell me they had to remake the pizza. He said it would be another 6 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my pizza. I was really disappointed with the lack of an explanation or apology for the delay. I wasn’t feeling well and was hoping to quickly grab my order and go, but the service made it a frustrating experience. I appreciate the pizza itself, but the overall service could definitely use improvement.

We have been using them for most of all od our events for the past couple years today, we were completely disrespected and it continued to be hung up by the manager on duty.All because they messed up and did not get our delivery done on time. Horrible customer. We will be removing all of our events now that we are too current of a customer for them to care for.

I had a really bad experience with dominoes. Gabe from papa John’s saved my night he sent my two pizzas out in a gift. he’s the best. Everyone go see Gabe and give him some love. He deserves every bit of it. LOVE YOU GABE!!!

The chicken wings we ordered were not chicken wings at all. They were soggy chicken nuggets bathed in hot sauce. We spit them out immediately. Gross.

I ordered three pizzas, an order of cinnamon pull aparts, and Tuscan cheese sticks. I asked for the pizzas to be well done and they came barely cooked. The cinnamon pull aparts had all of the topping to one side and seemed to be an old order. The Tuscan cheese sticks were loved by my girlfriend, but I think her hunger just got the better of her. I called and spoke to a manager and he hung up on me after saying I would be refunded.
