Stopped in for dinner and couldn’t believe the smell that met us at the door. The smell of sewage was so strong several of my family members walked out. I stayed inside as I’d already paid for the meal and knew it wouldn’t take too long to get our food. I was inside for maybe 10 minutes and left nauseous from the smell. I asked the workers what the smell was and they said they were unsure. I gave 1 star for atmosphere as we planned to eat inside, but due to the pungent smell, we were forced to take our meal to go.
Service was ok. The person greeting us at the door was not the most friendly and seemed annoyed while taking my order. The check out person was fine, just not really interested in small talk. We were trying to ask about the change in the cookies, going from 1 large cookie, to 4 smaller cookies. She simply said, it’s easier for us to keep up with the small cookie platters this way. I gave 3 stars for service.
We took our food home and it tasted fine, but I think we were all turned off by the smell of the restaurant, so the food was wasted.

There was a chick that worked there. She was cool

Food is mediocre and expensive for what it is. It cost as much to eat here as a full restaurant with table service.

There is no escaping the overhead music. We were the only people in the place and still struggled to have a conversation over the music.

Staff was friendly and efficient.

Tonight’s shift must have had a long stressful shift or something especially the mix girl. She came off rude from the moment we walked in. Then coming home to enjoy our sandwiches only for them to be wrapped and cut super messy that they were falling apart when picking them, not to mention with every bite I had to spit out because I was chewing banana pepper stems. The sandwiches could have been great if I could have at least enjoyed it.

Paid almost 60 dollars for a chicken teriyaki no sauce and cheesestesk philly, through door dash. Received a veggie sandwich....call manager said they have to go by measurements. What are the measurements for me to receive barely any chicken? Close the place down already! Deserves a zero!

Great food and service!

For anyone wondering, it was 20 bucks for a regular meal , med fries and a drink. No prices on the menu. Probably why no one was really in there. The food was good the staff were friendly. But if they wanna compete with subway or jersey mikes they got lower the price. Definitely won’t be back for the price.

Had s rare coupon for buy one sub get one free. We both decided on steak and cheese with onions and banana pepers.We also ordered a medium fry to share since we were dining in.The Sammichs and the fries came out hot and fresh. Delicious!! And the staff was friendly as always.The only thing I didn't like was that the cookies that were available were all cut up in a box
(No singles for sale),which I didn't purchase. Maybe they sold out early but I didn't ask.Anyway we will be back..Yeaaaah PENN STATION!!!!

My food was a mayo sandwich with barely any meat and my boyfriends was a chicken teriyaki loaded with onions and barely any meat. Do better for 40 bucks. We won't be back.
