Food was good. But wow is it expensive, 18.00 for the monthly special.

These subs are great, the bread is good, and so is the service!

For anyone wondering, it was 20 bucks for a regular meal , med fries and a drink. No prices on the menu. Probably why no one was really in there. The food was good the staff were friendly. But if they wanna compete with subway or jersey mikes they got lower the price. Definitely won’t be back for the price.

Had s rare coupon for buy one sub get one free. We both decided on steak and cheese with onions and banana pepers. We also ordered a medium fry to share since we were dining in.The Sammichs and the fries came out hot and fresh. Delicious!! And the staff was friendly as always. The only thing I didn't like was that the cookies that were available were all cut up in a box
(No singles for sale),which I didn't purchase. Maybe they sold out early but I didn't ask.Anyway we will be back..Yeaaaah PENN STATION!!!!

My food was a mayo sandwich with barely any meat and my boyfriends was a chicken teriyaki loaded with onions and barely any meat. Do better for 40 bucks. We won't be back.

I previously had an awful experience with this restaurant due to a bad employee that was working here at the time. I said I would never come back as long as he was here, well I'm back now!

I visited Monday the 23rd, at night, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The restaurant was very clean, and I absolutely loved the fall decorations(I can't wait to see the decorations for the rest of the year 😉).

I asked if there was a manager on duty that I could speak with after I ordered, and the young lady told me the General Manager was still here. She went to get him and he came up and introduced himself at Trenton, a plump fellow who was very welcoming. I told Trenton about my previous experience, he was incredibly sorry for the experience and let me know that the employee who ruined my experience last time had been let go already, fired by him personally. He offered me a cookie and even covered my food!

I'm so happy that this store is in a good spot again, I love Penn Station and this location is going to become a personal favorite, I just know it! Please, if you haven't been in awhile, stop by again! The new manager has really gone to great lengths to fix the store. It's not perfect, but I can tell he's not done making this a better location!

Only good thing was a polite and social manager. One of the cooks looked like they took it upon themselves to surprise said manager and leave for the day. They also stole my sandwich and fries to which management acted like they didn't know what happened and had to make me a new one. Sorry, yall.

I get it. Not every EE is an allstar. I'm either off base and pure witchcraft is how the sandwich disappeared into the abyss, or it was one bad EE making the whole experience terrible.

Went to this location Sunday 7/7/24 a round 7pm ordered a cheese steak. Before we entered we received dirty looks as they were watching from the window. The store employees were vaping in the store. They were rude and seemed as if they didn’t want us there. I finally placed my order after standing there while the female employee took another puff of her vape never washed her hands while the male employee started my sandwich. He purposely left every topping off my sandwich it was cheese and meat nothing else. I don’t live in the area but I grew up on Penn Station and absolutely loved it. I’m visiting from Texas and traveled to this location to enjoy a piece of my childhood. So of course once I made it back to my hotel room opened my sandwich I was totally disappointed be that I paid 20.00 for a bun with cheese and meat. If I could give zero stars I would. I will also contact corporate on how to treat people even if they don’t look like you.

The food was alright but there was a male employee there that was completely out of line with the female employees to the point I about hit him. I will not come back to this location because of it

Went in at 7:30pm own June 30 @ 7:30 the manager said there closing in 30 mins and he could not make a Philly. Poor customer service if your open until 8pm why the only choice a deli sandwich. The normal night manager was on vacation.
