I have celiac disease. I ordered a gluten free pizza and a salad. they delivered a hand tossed pizza without calling and saying anything. I ate 2 bites before I noticed. I brought the pizza back and asked for a refund. they didn't give it to me. I told them I had to have gluten free and you can't just change an order without calling. Now I have been sick with muscle aches, Stomach cramps, and head aches for the past 3 days. would not recommend anyone allergies eat there.

The pizza was AWFUL. The lady came and asked if everything was okay we told her the pizza was horrible there was basically a full pizza left she didn’t offer a discount or anything or anything to make it better. Sat there and looked clueless

This location is good and the staff care, DONT ORDER DELIVERY. Pizza Hut is cutting costs by partnering with door dash and not being staffed, reliable drivers. The door dash drivers are wildly inaccurate. Order from this location for pick up if you like pizza hut. Your delivery will be wrong and unless you go to the store for a correction, there won't be one made by Door dash who is now the responsible party.

Food tasted like cardboard, service we had to actually flag someone down to seat us and when we finally got someone, she acted like we were an inconvenience and the Atmosphere was cold and not inviting. The only thing that was good was the one trip salad bar and the rootbeer.
Don't ever order from here, I don't know what happened but for the past week I've been trying to get a pizza for for my spouse who is craving it for the third day in a row I have had issues, day one they claimed they missed someone else's order so we needed to wait, day two they claimed they dropped the pizza, day 3 the carry out said it would take 40 minutes, I've now been in like for 15 minutes from my pick up date with 8 other cars, this one needs to be investigated by hq

If you make the mistake of ordering with the app, you may never get your food.
And worse, whenever the branch feels like it, they’ll shut the phones off and you get routed to a call center in Memphis.

They will literally refuse and tell you to call back so me other time.
I will never buy anything from ANY Pizza Hut ever again.

My toddler and me stopped in here for a lunch. We went with the lunch buffet. Food on the buffet was fresh and hot. We really enjoyed the breadsticks. It was a good lunch for us.

Worst pizza ever from a Pizza Hut! Terrible service. Too tired after a day of travel to go back so we just ate it. Made wrong… even after she confirmed my order: guess I should have checked the box before I left, would have seen immediately the missing toppings. The place was empty..any business was take out or delivery. Staff didn’t bother to tell me when it was ready even though I was sitting waiting.
