Had buffet today at Collinsville Pizza Hut and was served cold pizza we waited 40 minutes for some fresh pizza and left when we watched people come in and had to eat pizza that has been sitting for at least an hour. Do not recommend this place to anyone

Will never order from this location ever again I had multiple items missing when delivered and when I called nobody would help me to the point the manager told the worker to just put me on hold and let me be the items missing was for the kids this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had

The time is now 12:58pm and the day of Nov. 24th 2025. My daughter wanted pizza so we came to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. I asked if there was any fresh pizza coming up and I was told no. I asked did I have to eat this hard pizza and she said that it’s always the same excuse. I never come in to eat, I order pizzas to go and I’m so upset right now that she would blame me for wanting fresh pizza. I paid $22.60 I should be able to get fresh not hard crust. I will never dine in here again. I’m so pissed I could cry! I took pictures of the pizza just so you could see it’s not fresh at all and I was not trying to make a scene I just wanted fresh pizza since I paid $22.60 I only took 2 bites off one pizza and one bite off the other, that’s not $22 worth of nothing!

I have celiac disease. I ordered a gluten free pizza and a salad. they delivered a hand tossed pizza without calling and saying anything. I ate 2 bites before I noticed. I brought the pizza back and asked for a refund. they didn't give it to me. I told them I had to have gluten free and you can't just change an order without calling. Now I have been sick with muscle aches, Stomach cramps, and head aches for the past 3 days. would not recommend anyone allergies eat there.

Crazy walk in at 8pm and are told can’t sit because they’ll be closed by the time we got food this is after looking at the door on the way in which says open till midnight. But that’s only for take out

The pizza was AWFUL. The lady came and asked if everything was okay we told her the pizza was horrible there was basically a full pizza left she didn’t offer a discount or anything or anything to make it better. Sat there and looked clueless

This location is good and the staff care, DONT ORDER DELIVERY. Pizza Hut is cutting costs by partnering with door dash and not being staffed, reliable drivers. The door dash drivers are wildly inaccurate. Order from this location for pick up if you like pizza hut. Your delivery will be wrong and unless you go to the store for a correction, there won't be one made by Door dash who is now the responsible party.
