QDOBA Mexican Eats

Restaurant does not care about accuracy of customer orders. I should not have to verify my food is made correctly before leaving when I order pickup or delivery. All I want is cheese crusted on my quesadilla when I order a cheese crusted quesadilla. This is not the first time this had happened to me.

Very good experience. Food is usually great and made to order.

Restaurant was not clean both table and restrooms.

People preparing food didn't tie their hair and touched their hair and fake eye lashes with the same gloves while making burrito bowls.

They made bowls out of very little quantity left in bottom of the container for multiple ingredients brown rice, lettuce and vegetable fajitas that were left, instead of replacing the containers with fresh ingredients. They also said didn't have gauc.

Panera bread is a better option if you are spending $25 or so on 2 person meal.

As well as there is no allergen consideration, so they have ingredients spillover between meat and vegan/vegetarian.

Food was good, except the chips were extremely stale. They also forgot the sauces on the side both myself and my colleague requested on our online order and with them running behind schedule on quoted pickup times I was unable to perform a check until I got back to the office if I had any hope of getting clocked back in on time. This is not my usual qdoba location and I trusted they were as focused on attention to detail as my home store. Would recommend going to a different location personally

I went inside this store to order food at 10:32 am today( Sunday). The hours show they open at 10:30 am. None of the food was placed out and after waiting a couple minutes I was told it was be a few minutes because “we just opened”. At 10:42 she asked if I was ready to order. First she said there was no brown rice, which was ok because I could get the white. For my protein I asked for the grilled veggies because I don’t eat meat. I was told veggies weren’t ready and it would “be a while “. I mentioned how I just thought everything would be ready when they open at 10:30. I was told they were short staffed for opening. I saw 3 people up front…not sure if anyone was in the back. I left without food because I was not spending money on a bowl or burrito when I couldn’t even get veggies or meat. I drove to this location specifically to get lunch and take it home. Waste of my gas and time. I’m not sure why it’s advertised that they open at 10:30 if they aren’t ready at that time. Not my first issue with this location so I won’t be going back and would advise patrons to go to the Edwardsville location instead.

Just walked in to grab a quick bite. The odor upon entering was a little off putting. Was not greeted as we approached the counter. There was one person being waited on and there was one person in the dining room eating.
The food looks extremely old. It was a messy food mess. Do you get it?
The sour cream had corn floating in it. The cheese had guacamole in it. The beans were crusty. The queso was so old the sides were dry.
My stomach turned when I looked items over and noticed the lady making the food didn’t have gloves on. I walked out!!

After trying many different qdobas I have tried this one is consistently my favorite and they never short me on protein or the queso which other locations have in the past and all of the workers are nice as well.

I just didn't like it! Beans hard ,some meat was still pink in the middle ( which is raw in my opinion)

We bought one of the family meals and it was ready in less than an hour. Everything was hot, fresh and packaged well for transport. All of the food was very good and we did have some leftovers.

Placed an order online for what I thought was a nacho bowl which is the only thing I usually order…but I normally go inside but was pressed for time. I ordered a bowl but couldnt find the nacho bowl on menu so just ordered ground beef bowl. When i got there it was no chips so i thought they put them in the bowl and the lady at counter said they dont come with the bowl and im like it usually does. Well anyway it was an error on my part bc I didnt see the nacho bowl and chose the ground beef bowl. But when I stated that and said let me run to get my card so I can pay for chips I felt the server could have recognized it was an error once I stated it seeing that I ordered a literal nacho bowl 🙄 and its the exact same price as the ground beef bowl. Ijs I know error on my part but customer service goes a long way. No 2$ an some change wont hurt me but still 🤷🏾‍♀️
