I normally go to Chipotle didn't want to drive far so I came here..my first time I ordered a bowl to-go and they put a large amount of salt at the bottom of my bowl..almost chocked..and it made me gag..I had to throw the whole thing away..I'll stick to chipotle..that's why I hate trying new places..never again

I think Qdoba's prices are just a little high, so I normally don't go there. However tonight I wanted some tacos and a burrito, and the lot was almost empty, and everywhere else was full, so I decided to spend the extra dough. My review: There is no one at all in the dining room and it's about 1 1/2 hours before close. But already all of the chairs are up on the tables. Before ordering I go into the restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom is filthy and there is an intense smell of sewer gas. The urinal was gross. Before I order I ask about closing time. He confirms they are open for another hour and a half. When I came out to order the young man behind the counter was rather unfriendly and I felt he wanted to be anywhere but there. We, me and the employee, got through the experience of him making my burrito and tacos. He seemed upset when I asked him to identify some of the ingredients he had in the bins. I also had a few questions at check out, and the card reader was not intuitive. The young man was not friendly about helping at any stage of the transaction. I asked for a tray because I had two plates and a cup, and also use a cane. Qdoba, at least this one, does not have trays available. I walked part of my order over to the tables with the intentions of setting chairs down and eating at a table. It is 1.5 hours before close. The table tops under the chairs were absolutely filthy and sticky. The chairs were stacked where the feet of the chairs rested directly on the eating surface. When I moved one of the chairs to sit down the dirt from the chair leg left an undeniable grime mark on the surface of the already dirty table. When, I looked at the floor where the chair legs would normally touch the floor, it was disgustingly dirty. No chance at sitting at one of the regular tables. So, I walked over to the raised community table with bar type stools to eat. These are hard on my legs and back but there were no choices given the filth of every other seating and table surface available. I had to make two trips to the counter and back for my food. However, where this sitting arrangement was, the smell of sewer gas wafted through the HVAC system and it blew down across the table where I sat. It was a very strong, almost overpowering and unmistakable odor. But at 25 dollars for 3 tacos, a burrito and beverage, I wasn't going to throw it away. Maybe I should have. Not sure about my new queasiness and I've only been home for about 1/2hour.

Kayla treated with me a smile and acknowledged me as soon as I walked though the door. She gave me superb service while trying to calm down a impatient delivery driver pick-up who was trying to step behind the counter who was very aggressive. The food and service here are always great. The only complaint I have is that you can smell the sewer gas of the bathrooms out in the dining room. It completely overwhelms you in the bathrooms itself. They have been this way for years, so I don't see them ever fixing it or doing anything about it since they haven't in all the years I've bought food from here. But the food and service are good, so just grab your food and eat in your car so you don't have to smell that sewer gad and have a chance of getting sick from it.

Very rude stuff. Always in a rush to make your food so they can get back to being on their phones. It's always like this. Came at 2 pm on a Wednesday and it's dead and the girl upfront just has a bad attitude. Just wanted a chicken quesadilla and she doesn't even put cheese on it to start and put the smallest amount of toppings on there that you're being charged for. And when I asked her why she wasn't putting cheese on my quesadilla she responded "sometimes we do sometimes we don't" and passed the food to another worker then walked away to get back on her phone. $11 for a scoop of pre cooked chicken, a scoop of watered down pico cooked inside of a giant flower tortilla? That's what they wanna get paid $15 an hour for to make? Unbelievable. For the prices of this place is expect before food quality and service especially. They can't even cut the quesadilla correctly lol the whole store is a disaster when paying attention to detail.
