There were these two white girls in there and as soon as we walked in they did not greet us but then when this girl came in they greeted her and when we left she didn’t say thank you but did to the other girl and me and my dad went in and were black so I thought they were being racists my dad said thank you and the girl was quiet for a second and said have a great day as if she didn’t wanna say that they were both young white girls and the girl that came in to pick up her order was white
The lady working by herself on the evening of 3/24 was doing an incredible job during a busy rush. There was a line at least 5 deep and mobile orders and she wasn’t sweating it at all and was super nice, she’s doing a great job.

Morgan somehow managed to "out-smoothie" all the other smoothie artists at this Smoothie King location. Always sunny and courteous, if there's anyone sure to give a warming welcome and perfect experience, it's Morgan. She also works by herself a lot and she treats every guest with the same patience and knowledge of the menu. Morgan is an exemplary smoothie-artist.

Morgan and Mattie ? top tier, it’s the work ethic and courtesy for me that’s so respectable! They never miss and definitely get the assignment. My favorite is the little notes that help get me through my overnight shift. Thanks Mattie for service!

Went in with my fiancée around 1 pm on August 19th and while I was there, another gentleman came in asking for an application. As soon as he left, all three girls working started giggling about how he didn't have a chance simply because he was a man and how they were an "all girls crew." It's shameful to see discrimination like this in person from people so young. I hope these girls find themselves in that man's shoes one day so they truly understand how wrong that is. I also was not aware that Smoothie King as a company could support such discrimination.They continued to loudly gossip about how one of the girls was interested in another man for his money and how she stole that man from someone else. I cannot fathom how you can be such a foul person and think it's okay. I will not be coming back to this location, and I'll let my family and friends know so they don't either. These kinds of actions and thinking cannot and should not be condoned.

After ordering online, I went to this location to pick up my order. After a few minutes I was asked if I was picking up an order and I said yes and gave her the name. I ordered a customized PB SWIZZLE and a 32 oz Veggie Apple Kiwi Kale.
The acai base for the bowl was dug out of a container in the freezer. It was NOT placed in the blender at all. The GREEN smoothie was poured into the 32 oz cup and when she put the lid on, it overflowed. She half wiped the spillage from the outside of the cup. I stood there a good 3 or more minutes attempting to clean up the messy cup to prevent green smoothie from soiling my clothing and my car. I finally told the employee that I needed another lid because the one I had was a mess. She gave me one, but made no attempt to assist in getting the mess cleaned up. After I removed the old lid, I could see that the consistency of smoothie was more like a lumpy juice. I was so upset and disgusted. I walked out the door and threw the smoothie into the trash right outside the door!
