As soon as I came in I was not greeted, I walked to the register and stood there for 10 mins waiting for an acknowledgment after I said excuse me 3 times kindly. I was then approached by someone just saying what’s your order with a look of frustration. I am traveling and don’t appreciate the service at this store I would not recommend this location they very much lack customer service. All around rude and nasty.

Service here was unacceptable. I was trying to speak to the staff and was completely ignored which made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I hope management addresses this issue in a group huddle so future customers don’t have the same experience!

I’ve debated posting this but every single time I go the employees are rude! God forbid you have a question about one of the drinks then they get all huffy. Not to mention they don’t make their drinks right. I used to go here often since it’s on mu way to work and closer to home. I usually go to the other Collinsville location since they always treat me better. I went again last night and was still greeted by the same poor customer service. As well as obnoxious wait times. There a difference between when you are busy and when you are flat out lazy!

My friend got a drink here and a couple mins after she drank some of it she got sick...I knew better not to order anything...I make my own coffee at home...Just watch what you order and don't get sick like my friend did

Baristas were kind and fast with my order. Had rye oatmilk horcchata. Was great

Products are very overpriced and overrated. Most of the time our orders are made wrong, or receive wrong thing. When you go back to get it corrected, they look at you like your the crazy one.
