I love this location everyone is so amazing and friendly they make you feel very welcoming. It’s only 1 person that I’m not a fan of and I believe on her tag it said her name is Sara. I don’t like how all of the other workers will be tied up busy doing something and she just stands there and watch. She’s not friendly. I sat and watched her while I waited in line stand over a worker while they were making a drink instead of coming over and taking my order. I don’t know if that was her way of rushing them but it just rubbed me off wrong and the way she talks to the workers in front of customers could be a little more nicer especially if they’re doing all the work as she stands there looking. Not to mention she can acknowledge the customers as well but overall I love this location keep up the great work.

They served every car in the drive thru and every mobile order and in store order before asking me what i was waiting on. Ignored me the entire time. I was waiting on my mobile order that said it was ready for 15 minutes. And they didn’t even have it. Had to wait for them to make it again.

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a venti gingerbread latte with extra gingerbread and cinnamon syrup. Usually, they fill it to the brim, but this time it felt very light. When I took off the lid and checked, it was as if someone had taken a big gulp of it before handing it out to me. I'm really disappointed. It didn't even come with the whipped cream that its SUPPOSED to come with!

Hayden decided to ground my coffee up and then not even tape it right the word all came out inside of my car. Great job. I go down to the Collinsville location all the time and never once have. I had a problem like this. I tried honking my horn in the drive-through and they just stood there and looked at me. Great job guys

Love bringing my labtop to this Starbucks. Great place to work. Also, my coffee always taste the best when I get it from this Starbucks. I am leaving this review based on the experience I just had! The barista, Nico was extremely rude to me. I also addressed the issue with shift lead, Loretei and nothing was done. I’ve never had such a negative experience with Starbucks before.
This one worker with short, greasy, yellow blond hair was rude to my friends and I. I think her name is Lorelei. Despite it being busy, she was very disrespectful and bossy. It ruined my experience

I feel like I'm late for writing this review based on how positive my ongoing experience has been at the Beltline Starbucks! Starbucks can be pricey and add up quick, but it's worth it to me when I visit this location. I go out of my way to visit the Beltline Starbucks because of the staff. Connor, Sarah, and Mike are always so warm and positive (the whole staff is wonderful, honestly). They remember things like how I love volleyball and where I work, while always crushing my drink order! It brings me joy to see the friendly people and get a pick me up. ❤️ Thank you Beltline! If you're having a down day, I highly recommend swinging by and seeing the lovely people and getting a treat 😊

I visit this Starbucks almost daily with my kids and the staff are always polite and a joy to interact with. There have been a few times my drink was made incorrectly and they were quick to resolve the issue, whether same day or within the week. I have always felt welcome here and it is a small pick-me-up on a busy day. Thank you, Collinsville SB!

When I went through the drive thru yesterday I ordered my usual..Venti latte iced blonde roast one extra shot and 3 splenda. I really never paid attention when I paid but I was charged for TWO extra shots! Not the first time this has happened...before I had been charged for flavor when I don't get that. Guess I need to really start paying attention when I go to pay. It was repeated to me correctly when I ordered...but NOT how I was charged! I am a barista myself and would never pull this on my customers!
